Driver was on time. Beautiful car, very comfortable and very clean. Driver was very polite and helped with luggage. He even directed us to our check in gate. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you for such good service.

Driver got lost
We arrived at Alicante airport the driver called me on WhatsApp and asked if we have arrived. I told him that we were picking up luggage and we would be out in 5-10 minutes. When we met he told us that he had to get the car from the carpark as he didn't want to leave it at the designated parking area, where we were stood, so he'd be back in 10 minutes. He arrived in the pick up area. On route we circled 2 roundabouts. He then tried to drop us off a hotel that was clearly not what I had booked. At this point I turn on the navigation on my phone and he followed this to our correct destination 5km away. Lesson learned always have the GPS running as the driver doesn't know where he is going. He said he did not know the area. We took several Ubers and taxis on our visit and all of them knew where Bonalba was. I was a little disappointed in the vehicle, it was not premium either. At the end of the day we reached our destination but it wasn't as straight forward as I was hoping for the start of my relaxing vacation.

Driver not at specified location when we arrived, took 30 minutes of hassle and phone calls to meet.
Car was from the standard local taxi rank.
20% more expensive than the return journey from the same taxi company.

i have used this company before and was…
i have used this company before and was thrilled from start to finish, how ever this time i an totally disappointed with them. ok i booked the wrong flight details going out but on the return the question asked what time does the flight depart and the booked the pick up the same time as the flight takes off. the chat said it had been calculated incorrectly but they wont change it because its out of the 24 hours.

Driver no show
Our transfer to the airport from our hotel was booked for 10.05 am. We were due to fly at 12.35pm. Our driver said he was late due to traffic and would arrive at 10.34. He never showed up so I called him and he said it was cancelled and told us to get a taxi instead! As there was 5 in our family travelling we had to call 2 taxis. We almost missed our flight because of this. Just to add also our first transfer from the airport to our hotel was also 1 hour late. Do not use this company. They are beyond useless and don’t even turn up!

Pick up great, Return diabolical
Pick up great, took us to wrong drop off point but we knew area and re directed.
Return to airport diabolical. 40mins late pick up, contacted company after 15 mins but they could not contact driver. After 5mins they told me another 7 minutes. At this point I asked what do we do as told to arrive early due to EES change, reply was get a taxi and try and get a refund when you get home. As I didn't know any I told them to sort it, reply you asked me what I would do and that is what I told you. So afterlugging suitcases and han luggage down a hill to main road to find a taxi we approached a local hotel to book one. During this time the original taxi finally arrived. We got to airport late but managed run through airport to get plane. No apologies just stressed beyond belief

The transfer was not there when we…
The transfer was not there when we arrived, even though the booking was double checked a few days before. We waited 1.5 hours for a replacement service to arrive, late at night.
