I find the TowNGo to my surprise, to be awesome. Being that I’m a flight attendant, and 6’3” pulling my luggage daily can wear on your back. My luggage has a low handle, which makes me have to lean back which hurts my back. The TowNGo I just connect it, and walk. No wear and tear on my back, my hands are free to do whatever I want. This is awesome!!

The product came well packaged with all the necessary hardware. Directions were very easy to follow and showed how to change the length needed to pull the baggage with ease. It's wonderful to have hands free operation, you can go through the airports, motels, office meetings without a worry. Mentioned this to my in-laws to use for their oxygen tanks when their out and about or going to doctor visits, thinking it would be perfect for them. Also it is very well made and should last indefinitely. By far a terrific product!

OMG. Can’t believe more people don't have this device. After using this adapter I will never pull my bag again by hand. I was a little skeptical at first since I’ve never seen anyone using this product. I was worried that it would feel like a weight pulling down on me. As the product was describe to me and how to balance the bag it was just so easy. This product has changed the way I will travel. Kudos.
