ordered large jacket, from China, sleeves too short to use
ordered large jacket. This company deals with China company so takes longer to get product. About 3 wks in, got email that I had successfully cancelled the order. I did not cancel wrote them: , note you cannot call this company. Using AI numbers provided did not work. Just dead, so only way to reach is by email. They wrote back that I had then successfully reordered. I hadn’t done that with. I had just ordered and was awaiting delivery. I ordered a large for husband which was personalized and per their policy, non-refundable. So when product arrived a little over month after ordered, the zipper was backwards, that isn’t so bad as one can adjust, but the sleeves were too short. I have ordered numerous jackets for husband in large and never have the sleeves been too short. So for over $100.00 no jacket and the company keeps a hundred dollars without providing a useable product. Their payment methods are rather sketchy and took the one that seemed most secure. I did not want to use this company due to reviews and potential scam issues. My husband really wanted jacket so took a gamble and lost. Hopefully, this review will save others their hard earned money for which they get nothing they can use.
