Dont waste your time, 2 months i have been waiting for my cards and have sent 3 emails, recieved nothing back. Seems to be being run by lazy asshats.

I was extremely cynical based on the recent reviews from summer, but really wanted to try this out as it was the perfect present for someone. I wanted it for December, so based on delays mentioned below, decided to get my order in early! I paid on the 7th of October and never received any emails, checked my order and it still said 'Processing'. However, I just got home and found that they had arrived on the 15th of October! They look absolutely fantastic, much better quality than I was expecting, especially as some of the photos I used weren't great quality, and I am serious impressed. Money well spent!

I still haven't had any emails or anything, and my order still shows as 'pending' on the website, but I am thrilled with the product and would definitely risk it again!

Great gift that still gets used almost a year later. Was a bit of a silent period in the middle whilst waiting to see if I was actually getting the gift, but when it arrived, it was beyond worth it.

What’s annoying is they said they sent it 1ST CLASS to be signed…..yet it’s a week later and a month after original order….
YET STILL NOTHING HERE and communication from the company isn’t great at all.

Ordered as a wedding gift. Like others, have heard nothing two months later despite phone calls, emails, and messaging on Facebook/Instagram/twitter and LinkedIn. At this point it seems unlikely we'll get either the cards or put money back. It's a shame because it looks like until recently this was a good product.

It shouldn't be a surprise given the other reviews on here, but ordered 6 weeks before the special occasion and order still showing as "processing" as we approach the big day. No response to emails or messages left on the help line, no way of getting product to arrive on time or even finding an ETA. Beginning to wonder whether the company is still operating...
EDIT 23rd June: Still no response or no product received, can only assume company is no longer trading...

Where to begin...
Order was placed on 6th April and didn't arrive until 1 May. One month to arrive is ridiculous, especially when the site says 10days. We had ordered these for a birthday party, so ended up not getting them in time which caused a lot of disappointment.
What was most frustrating was the fact we called and emailed countless times and didn't get any update on the status of the order. The phone was never answered (despite leaving lots of voicemail messages). And only one email was replied to with a "we'll look into it" and I'm still waiting for the response. Terrible communication. A simple update to say there's a delay or give an idea of delivery date would have been fine, but to be left in the dark honestly made us worry we'd been scammed.

To be fair, I found the site fairly easy to use. When the pack of cards eventually arrived it was of good quality and looked great. Just a shame it caused a lot of stress beforehand.

I ordered custom cards from My Top Trumps, and while the finished product was good, the process had issues. Uploading images was tricky due to lack of guidance, and customisation options were limited. Customer service response was slow, and delivery timings were inconsistent. Overall, decent quality but room for improvement. ***

1. Website did not work, it kept crashing and not saving my data, this happened around ten times.

2. I emailed customer services seven times in total for support and called (straight to voicemail) twice. I still have not had any response, nearly two months later.

3. The cards I received were two weeks later than advertised on their website, so were too late to be of use but the quality was good.

Very odd experience overall....

Custom made cards delivered within a reasonable timescale and well produced - good quality photographic reproduction and have already ordered additional set

Ordered two sets of cards over a month ago and heard nothing. Contacted via email and left phone messages and no replies.

Mytoptrumps.com make what is a pretty chunky process as easy as possible and the final product is excellent. Love the strong plastic box, the cards are robust and high quality and the delivery was fast.

Ordered at the start of December, have heard absolutely nothing from them despite contacting customer service. Still no sign of them completing the order. It was meant to be a Christmas present.

Terrible service!

Order never showered as processed, called and left 4 messages but no reply, emailed 3 times and only when suggested that I would be in touch with my bank, I had a reply to say they missed my messages.

It’s been 4 weeks and still no product even though it said it would be here within 7 days! Also was an order for Christmas and never made it

Great product - contacted them about some details and they provided helpful advice, placed the order and the cards arrived in perfect order, highly recommended!

It was fairly straight forward to design our own pack, its possible to interrupt multiple times.

Excellent quality product, easy to order and I'm very happy with the final product.

Pictures on cards were incorrectly aligned/zoomed and not as ordered. Emailed immediately to try and resolve situation and received no response.
