I placed an order but they only sent 1 of the 2 items I was charged for. I have been trying to contact them but they wont respond back. Starting to get worried I wont get a refund or the ring I was charged for.

I love the ring

Sizing seems to be smaller than normal. My fiance went in to a jewelry store to try on Tungsten rings to ensure we got the right size. At the store it was determined he wore a size 10 so that's what we ordered. It was too small. The company was great and for a small fee we were able to order a new one in a 10.5. it also is too small. I advise anyone to order at least one size larger than what you actually wear.

Customer Service is horribly slow, but they are understanding and do take care of the problem. It just takes time. The ring itself got cloudy after 3ish months so not sure if it's of the quality said. But it looks and feels great. I was offered a replacement for my faded ring, but did have to pay the replacement fee.

I ordered and paid for engraving and my ring arrives without it. I have tried to contact the company twice and I have not received a response.

Have to give 4 stars. Company had issues with engraving. Engraving was incorrect on 3 rings. Company sent new rings until engraving was correct. Would purchase from them again.

Got the wrong size and when I asked for an exchange I got no response

I ordered the 'Vanir' ring, paid £75 for the privilege not including postage and then received the 'midgard' ring, completely wrong. It has been four days since first contacting customer services and after two more emails, I've still not had any reply. I should've read the one star reviews before using this website. Please avoid at all costs. Total waste of time and these con artists don't even have the courtesy to acknowledge their mistake. Probably too lazy to redo and resend the right ring.
