customer service is slow and with something such as a theme when people need instant support its not great at all.
I will be looking to see if i can buy a theme elsewhere and use my cooling off period to get my money back

What's the point of paying every year…
What's the point of paying every year to keep a theme. It's better if people could buy the theme and keep it lifetime, and MyThemeShop can offer a yearly support membership instead. I bought over 7 themes with MyThemeShop a few years back and I just logged in to find all my premium themes gone. Waste of money!

Your review plugin called wordpress review pro is a complete waste of time, our website hosted on dedicated servers and loads very fast, installed your review plugin slowed website down to nearly unusable, when we contacted for support we keep getting BS bounce back saying you made our day buying our software need support follow link, and yes your link does not work, contacted you serveral times no luck PayPal case got our money back

Faster themes and good customer support!
Very fast theme with very good support! They are always willing to help customers. And their support response is relatively fast. Currently I am using Schema theme, and it's very fast and SEO optimized. Recommended!
