I found MyTenant during its early testing phase so was fortunate enough to get to try it out for free. It pretty much matched my needs, and whenver I had queries or problems the support team were able to quickly sort me out. Great experience so far, look forward to seeing where it goes.
I was one of MyTenant's first customers. I was curious if at first this would fit my use case, as a UK landlord with several properties. I signed up and found the interface to be easy to navigate and a friendly experience. I trialed with one of my properties and was pleasantly surprised to see the platform support multiple tenants/rooms. Since I started, I have made use of the payments, cases and recently started migrating all my tenant contracts and misc documents onto the platform. I am also intending to look into the Stripe integration to stop tenants having to copy my bank details accurately... hoping to report good things. I am writing this review to thank the MyTenant team who were kind enough to fix several bugs that I had reported (which was understandable, as I was one of the first beta customers). I see a great trajectory with this platform, and I hope to continue using it in my real estate journey.
