It is really prompt in communicating the need for completing the questions every month. The questions are very appropriate and focused.

I love the general format. Having the ability to customize questions is very nice.

This was a Great Experience!
I was able to write about my life and examine myself, as well as my relationship with GOD, family, friends and associates.
And, once completed: I could share my story with loved ones.

I published two different books on MyStories. The platform is flexible. I can add and resize photos and place them throughout the story. There can be as many chapters as I need. The 500 page limit is higher than other companies' limits. MyStories is very easy to use.

The whole concept of writing "My Story" is enabled and brought to life. The process is facilitated by weekly prompts which help to kick-start the process, and there is also the opportunity to add one's own "prompts". It is such a fun experience to recall scenes from my life so vividly, with the bonus of adding photos to bring it all to life. I received excellent support during the process, and the final product called "A Miscellany of Scenes from my Life" is something of which I feel incredibly proud, and the quality of the hard-cover book is of a very high standard.

It wasn't a difficult website to follow and the construction of the book was made easier by the prompts from MyHeritage. I found it just fitted together.

These people are brilliant to deal with, prompt and positive response every time.
The book is a quality product and the process is easy to work with..in such a short time I achieved something I have just talked about for years. Thank you.

The process of creating our book was easy and enjoyable. Preparing the stories brought back lots of fond memories, The finished book is being enjoyed by all of our family.

I am only 3 months into my story. I am enjoying it in a rather unexpected way. I have found myself connecting to my older siblings to help me validate some of my memories to ensure they are correct. And that has spawned some laughter. I reconnected with a second cousin I have not seen in over 50 years for the same reason. Some of my responses have allowed me to express things to my children that I never would have found the time, courage or opportunity to express. The questions are truly thought provoking.

What a delight this has been. I was given a subscription as a Christmas present, just as I reached retirement, and while genealogy and family history have never really been my thing, this felt quite different. It helped me explore my immediate family and my own life in a structured but very personal way, reflecting on key moments along the way.
The MyStories dashboard makes it easy to keep track of everything, although I suspect many people will find, as I did, that they go well beyond the prompts and discover they have much more to say.
After completing the book and giving it a careful proofread, I sent it off and, just three days later, the printed copies arrived (I had ordered a couple of extras). The turnaround time was remarkable, and the quality is superb. The images in particular have reproduced beautifully.
I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say about either the product or the service. I finished well within the one-year subscription, so I’m now tempted to embark on a more detailed “Director’s Cut” version!

I recently had a customer service interaction with the My Stories team and I was delighted with the prompt and courteous service I received. They resolved my request, but it was the way they handled it. My personal thanks to Alin.

At first it was not so clear how to implement the story-writing in the way that What will be secured but can still be changed afterwards. After some discussions and constantly trying it became clear that besides the concept also the secured text can always be changed. So I was happy that I could change the text at every moment of the book writing. The only thing that hampered was that at the time I went on the ordering I could not come to the next step . Then eventually I used the chatservice and they passed on my problem to the Bill team and soon after that I could easily order the book. Another thing was that when I received the shipment my book was not includen but a guide on pistons for use in the aviation ??? I wondered where my book has gone and that I still do not know. But Mr or Mrs. Shahar solved in any case a new print of the book which I received today. The book exceeded my expectations !! It is beautiful !! Many thanks and Best Regards Jac van Gerwen

Easy to work on and a wonderful end product

This company is GOLD! I decided on a whim to take on writing my story and have spent the last year working hard to accomplish it. It’s been hard, harder than I thought it would be, as I sifted through the good and the bad, the joyful and the despairing, and the many ways I was forced to grow in between it all. It was good for me. I understand at a deeper level why certain things happened and why others acted as they did and I am at peace now about so much of it. This is an amazing company. The program is easy to follow and, if I have a complaint, it’s that human interaction sadly isn’t very forthcoming. I texted a few times and received rather vague replies so just figured things out on my own. Overall I LOVE the book. I wrote it for me and I’m not sure I’ll share it with many, but I’m already planning another one based on my husband’s life as I know he’ll never write it himself!

It was fabulous. I simply made the time to sit down and then let the memories flow onto the page.
It was extremely satisfying and has been a joy for the whole family.

MyStories offered me a unique opportunity to leave a written testament for my children and grandchildren of my life and times, presented in a durable and handsome format - a hardcover book. The weekly suggested questions provided a helpful 'jumping-off point' for my thoughts and allowed me to organize and prioritize my life story and the lessons I've learned along the way. This process was as meaningful to me as I hope it will be to those I leave the book to. It is something I would likely not have done on my own, certainly not as successfully as this and my gratitude is enormous to MyStory for making it possible. When I received my books (I had ordered extra copies) some were damaged and MyStories responded with good customer service and replaced them immediately. A great experience, from start to finish.

A great experience! The process was easy and actually fun! It took hardly any time to receive the book after submitting it. I chose to prepare my book within a short time instead of it being drawn out, which worked quite well. I'm very glad I chose to do this, it's a way to document my history for my family.
