I visited the Surrey showroom yesterday and Justin was incredibly competent, patient and pleasant to deal with. Very helpful too!

Had the pleasure of meeting Sofia in store today. We are looking for a specific colour for our new patio and she was so helpful.
What a beautiful showroom and such lovely staff. We had our dog with us and they were all so kind to him, immediately giving him a fresh bowl of water and a biscuit 😊
We left with a lovely bag of samples to try at home.

Ezgi was absolutely wonderful on our visit to the Leicestershire showroom. The products and their features were explained to us in detail, whilst also keeping things simple to understand. We both felt that Ezgi quickly built up her understanding of our requirements in delivering the look we were after in our new home. No pressure selling, as the product is quality anyway and Ezgi also turned around the quotation extremely quickly which was helpful for us to start making some decisions. Keep up the great customer service.

We recently visited the Quorn Stone showroom and had a fantastic experience with Briony. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable while helping us plan both our garden and utility renovation. Briony took the time to understand what we wanted and gave us great advice and ideas throughout the process. Her friendly and professional approach made everything much easier, and we left feeling confident and excited about our project. Highly recommend both Briony and the Quorn Stone showroom in Essex.

Lovely showroom at Bury st Edmunds with a range of equal quality to places such as Mandarin stone. The experience was very friendly and helpful (Ben) and unhurried. Nice coffee too.

We live in Ireland so I could only see the tiles online. Rebecca was so helpful and sent me several photos of the tiles I wanted. We went with the Dorchester aged white porcelain and its the best decision we made. I love them 💗

We found this supplier on line and liked the products displayed on the website. We then contacted Pippa at Harrogate to talk through our needs and she provided a quote that was not only very competitively priced but very informative in relation to delivery, storage and application etc. Pippa was very professional and nothing was too much trouble, she was able to organise the delivery of the tiles to coincide with our builders time table. A very pleasing first interaction with this company.

Our whole experience with Quorn Stone has been amazing. We visited the Leicestershire showroom, warm and full of charm. All the staff was very friendly, helpful, supportive and patient. Jasmine answered all my questions and tried several different combinations of tiles until i found the one that worked for us. The products are top, beautiful and of great quality. Quorn Stone provided flooring for our bathroom, kitchen/diner and outdoor patio.

The quality of their showroom in Surrey and the care and efforts of their staff made for an excellent purchasing process.

The tiles themselves were delivered on time and with minimal fuss.

When we required additional top ups because we under ordered they were really helpful and got additional tiles out in a very short time frame which was greatly appreciated.

Cant fault the customer service team but I would look at the sizing of the slabs and measurements on delivery. Ours were not as listed which created several challenges when laying and when ordering extra! Luckily Melissa was on hand to support.
