GREAT customer service! Any issues I have had all I did was email them first and they got back with me in a timely manner and we resolved whatever we had going on. I have purchased 15+ jerseys from Shane and he has been nothing short of pleasant to deal with. I will be ordering more in the near future and would HIGHLY recommend anyone else to also. WHERE TO START!
I would give a zero if I could....
First of all, I paid for 24 tracked shipping £10.00 and it didn't arrive on time, it was for my sons birthday present, after contacting Shane who runs the business he was extremely rude and defensive and i quote, he said "I can't see why your so upset" when i informed him the items hadn't arrived on time, and these were for a birthday gift.
I wasn't rude, i even stated it wasn't HIS fault but the fault of Royal Mail, but i just felt he needed to have been a bit clearer.
(can provide all emails as proof)

I ordered 7 x mystery scarf boxes, now the clue is in the title, I would have expected them to be separately packaged in a individual box, (given his brand name Mystique Jersey) How is this a mystery???

I saw another review from someone else stating this same thing for the shirts but there wasn't an option to add a box with the scarfs!!

And lastly I believe that these are NOT GENUINE scarfs they all have exactly the same labels on, from exactly the same maker and place, the labels are exactly on the same place on each scarf...
we have bought genuine scarfs before, these are not it.
HAVE PHOTOS AS PROOF.
And to add insult to injury they were just thrown in to a shipping bag, and not well packaged either I might add.

And lastly when I contacted him about this he called my demands (lol) (which were asking if my items were going to be delivered as they were for a gift) ENTITLED AND UNPRECEDENTED!!
I HAVE ALL EMAILS AS PROOF & NOT ONCE WAS I ENTITLED!
GUY HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!

Really disappointed.
Box turned up damaged in the incorrect packaging (wasn’t branded like on website). Was informed that i would have to pay to get correct box delivered.
Wouldn’t usually care about packaging but it is a gift.

Was looking for a present for my brothers 20th birthday and stumbled across this brand. Saw the premium box and said “I’ll give it a go”. Ended up arriving ahead of schedule and included a jersey, three cards, a programme from 1988! And a scarf. All very cool and unique items. Will definitely be buying one for myself this Black Friday weekend.

Awful customer service. Would not recommend.

Couldn’t be happier! Ordered a mystery jersey as a gift for my brother and it was an absolute hit. Delivery took about 3 days, but 100% worth the wait. The quality of the jersey is top-notch and the surprise factor made it even better. We both had fun guessing which team it would be, and when he unwrapped it, his face lit up. got an la Galaxy jersey which is really cool.
Perfect for footy fans who want something a bit different and exciting. I’ll definitely be ordering again (this time for myself!). 10/10, cheers for the brilliant service and jersey!

I bought 3 jerseys, one premium, and two weird and wonderful. The premium jersey was excellent, a great quality kit that looks great, with a scarf, a badge and a profile of the team. However, the weird and wonderful were neither weird or wonderful, I received two Indian Super League shirts that were pretty standard, which both had 900 rupee price tags, which is roughly £8 each, which is horrendous value for £35.
They replied saying ‘you can’t get them for cheaper in the UK’, I found both shirts on classicfootballshirts for £12.99

Feel like I've been done over ordered for my son paid 43.99 (including shipping) for a Leeds rhino's one to come with still some of the label of sports direct which online is £16 I mean what a cheek 🤔

Ordered a shirt and it was a little snug, paid for the return label (which netted out because I got 10% off the first purchase!), and was promptly exchanged for a new size. Then got a nice voucher for repeat custom. Super easy to deal with, great communication, and great quality shirt. Love it.

A massive shoutout to Mystique Jerseys for hooking up our 23 under-11s with the coolest end-of-season gift ever!
