Huh???? Why alot of people have not recieve their order based on the reviews here???? I have been purchasing contacts from them even bundles for 2 years now and the only thing is that some of the contacts seems lighter or spooky but other than that i always go to them with good deals

Wish I could give no stars at all. Don't waste your time or money. Ordered in August & now it's OCTOBER, still nothing.
I was turned away by both Mystic Eyes & the shipping company (Yawen). They are all scammers. I was only able to receive 10 dollars of my refund from PayPal.

A complete joke & should be illegal

I ordered from this website. After 3 weeks waiting. My product never made it to my house. Come to find out the shipping label that was printed did not have my address on it. Just the city I live in and now it is being shipped back to china. Or where ever it is coming from. After multiple attempts to get my money back from the company they are not willing to work with me. I’m now out what I paid for my lenses and for shipping. If I were you I would go with a more reputable site like Mocoqueen.com. Save yourself the headache

IM GOING BLIND!! At first I thought I made a mistake with my contact solution so i opened a brand new pair and it still stung like crazy! I’ve been bed ridden for two days in agony! My eyes are burning, pink, raw,and constantly pouring tears! I am in so much pain! I am losing vision in my left eye! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I find it very shady that whenever somebody rates a product at 1-star, the review won't publicly submit on their website.... they give you the option to rate your product for 10% off, I submitted three different reviews with the 1-star rating, and they never publicly posted the reviews, so I had to rate 5 stars to get my review posted on the website... I ordered white block circle contacts, and they never arrived. I got an email saying they were delivered, but they were nowhere to be found, they weren't in the mailbox or around my house. I contacted the email they have listed for customer support, they reply once saying to contact the shipping courier, but there wasn't one listed on the tracking page, so I just asked for a refund because it was most likely delivered to the wrong house. Every email I sent after was ignored. I went to the in-site chat feature, I was ignored again for about two days (no response) I finally get a response, the person was rude, and wasn't willing to listen, they kept saying to contact the local post office, and they even went as far as to LIE about the return policy saying, "a refund isn't possible". They then completely abandoned the conversation. I went to the business' Instagram, I comment under a post "My order never arrived, can someone help me get a refund please?" the comment was soon DELETED by their company Instagram page, I then sent a DM to the Instagram page, they were opening and reading the messages I was sending, but they never responded. It's really concerning that I am being ignored over a $23 sale that never arrived, it's disappointing because I was really excited to get my contacts and even buy more from this place...smh it's shady so try to avoid buying from these people, they try to hide their mistakes and their pissed off customers, they are not willing to do the right thing, as long as they get the sale.

Have written with the supplier. They say they shipped the item.
Lie 🤥 I can't be informed about who they have used for delivery.
They are not willing to help or other way be helpful.

It took a few weeks to get here, and they gave 0 updates (the tracker also didn’t work) but they finally just got here and they’re super natural looking, however they don’t fit my eyes properly and are a bit uncomfortable, they do that thing where if you blink they move up.

They use the scam tracking company track 718! And I have yet to see a happy customer or a received product
