This device is made a difference in our 20-year commitment to each other. I hope everybody else gives it a try. The only downside so far is the device failed after a couple of months of use. The team has recently sent us a replacement.

Finally, I had questions/issues I needed answers for. MV.Health customer support was the best I’ve ever experienced in my adult life, bar none! Of course, I was dealing with a very personal kind of subject by email and also direct by phone. The customer service folks were both male and female, treating me with respect and allowed for an easy exchange of information on what most of us would consider a touchy subject.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for the crescendo 2. I bought this for my wife around Christmas last year. For the last couple of years, she has been struggling with a condition where the muscles of her pelvic floor were really tight and sex was painful for her. This really affected our sex life. She had been to the doctor several times, try different creams, and dilators, but nothing worked. I bought the crescendo 2 on a whim. I am so very thankful. After about a month and a half of using it to massage the pelvic floor, the pain subsided and went away completely. Our sex life is amazing now.
I told her that she needs to tell her gynecologist about this to hopefully help other women with the same condition. Thank you so much!

This is regarding my purchase of the Crescendo 2. To be fully honest, my expectations may have been more than a device could deliver. Also, I haven't tried the app so I might not have all the information.
The reason for purchasing this item was due to pelvic floor issues, discomfort with penetration (since I was young), and now that I'm older I have trouble with arousal, lubrication, and satisfying orgasms.
The device has a nice material and is two fingers in width. It does bend nicely creating a finger like ability.
It is fairly easy to insert vaginally because it doesn't have the girth that other vibrators do. It creates a warming feeling and does help with arousal. It does not make me wet. I have a loss of some vaginal feeling so I can't feel all the vibes.
The best thing is since it does increase arousal and relaxes the muscles, my boyfriend can penetrate me with very little discomfort. He doesn't have to be as careful and can go deeper and thrust harder. This makes for a more satisfying orgasm for him. He doesn't really like it when I use it during intercourse because it's very loud. When he's finished I turn to an old vibrator and still can't climax.
The cons for this item are: cost, loud, gets stuck in a particular setting and you have to scramble to find the plug, doesn't help with lubrication and doesn't help with orgasms. (I did have one on my own.) Also the wing parts don't flutter and don't match up with my clitoris.
The pros: the material is soft and it's obviously well engineered. Muscles relax and my boyfriend and I can make love without much difficulty. With that taken into consideration, I still call it a win.

The company was very prompt in getting the order to me after sending the order form. After I received the product I found it was not beneficial to me personally, but it was a well made product that would be very useful to other customers. The company was very efficient in rectifying my situation of not being compatible to the company’s product. They did not hesitate to give me a complete refund on the cost of the incompatible product. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future on a different product.

The customer service was more helpful and generous than most online retailers, especially those that offer romance enhancing devices. Without my wife’s knowledge, I purchased the newest Crescendo model. This was intended as a birthday surprise. Alas, she was not interested. When I contacted the company to inquire about returning, I was offered a refund. And I was not required to return the device. To me, that’s unheard of. Full refund.
Plus, the email exchange has been most civil, absolutely polite. Too generous. I hope everyone’s customer service experience is as wonderful as ours.

I reached out after my delivery was 2 days past and was saddened to learn my order was lost in route, but Customer Support made quick work of righting the situation! Literally took less than 5 minutes to send the email and they were exceedingly prompt in getting back to me.

As with most organizations. What makes a "difference" is the customer service. These people excell at customer service!. They go the"extra mile"! They take the extra step! They follow up in a timely fashion!
And where appropriate they offer financial incentives to "Make it Right"! I have not seen that type of response in other companies offering a similar product line.

I heard about this company on a social media platform recently. I decided to try the device named Molto. Not sure what all I can say here as it is a personal device for men to help with “performance” with s partner. I have to say it actually did as advertised at least in my experience ( several actually). The multiple frequency’s it operates on do stimulate the prostate gland. I highly recommend it to anyone that needs some extra help. Also I had an issue with shipping on another device and wrote to MV Health and got an immediate response. Very nice people, SO I am going to add another one of their devices to my collection. The Molto I got on Amazon so thats a fast way to get that one, the other one I ordered from them directly. The consideration this company offered was the most professional and kind response with open communication a business and fabricator can do.
After learning an earlier model first generation unit no longer had a charger I needed to replace my model with, they simply gave me a free new device OF MY CHOOSING with sincere apologies they couldn’t assist my initial request.

I had difficulty getting my device to connect to the app. One the problem was elevated to tge technical department Blessing provided adequate instructions to resolve the difficulty. Anxious now to see if it does all it's advertised to do.

I placed an order for the Tenuto 2. I had a little trouble figuring out how to use phone app to program the settings and use it as a remote control. I emailed them to explain the issue I was having and they got back to me right away with personalised help not a scripted response. After that I was good to go. Unfortunately due to my own personal issues, It wouldn't work for me. I sent another email asking if I could get a refund. I was amazed that right away The Great K**z in customer service responded " Sorry to hear your not satisfied. Would you like a refund to the card or store credit?" I was expecting to give an embarrassing explanation and told no after some back and forth. None of that! Hearing that made me smile as much as when the package arrived.
Because of the product quality and the customer service I decided to get the store credit. I place an order for a different type of devise the same day. Perhaps my wife will give a review soon.
