Do not order from this company! My son ordered a shirt for a friends birthday, item was apparently sent but not delivered and returned to sender according to Royal Mail.
Have been chasing the matter for weeks and have had no response whatsoever.
They have utter contempt for customers, avoid at all costs.

No receipt of order. No response to customer service requests.

The reviews are correct.

My brother ordered a shirt for my birthday. The order took a very long time to arrive and eventually did, when I was away.

Royal Mail took a photo of the shirt hanging out of the back door letterbox. Upon my return, the shirt is nowhere to be seen.

A neighbour didn't take it, so the only other option is that the initial driver took it, or another delivery person took it.

Royal Mail don't allow the consumer to raise these types of issues, it has to be the seller. I've tried contacting the company for 2 months now without a response.

Please avoid.

So wish I’d have read these reviews before purchasing. I’ve placed an order for my sons birthday - although we’re only 10 days into it, the shirt has been saying dispatched by Royal Mail for the last 4 days no further tracking. It purely means the company have printed a label for it to be shipped it hasn’t actually got to posting yet. Although this doesn’t sound awful - my complaint is NON EXISTENT customer service. 4 emails , a review on their site and still nothing . It just makes the whole thing so stressful . This is for my sons birthday and as sad as it sounds I don’t have the money to go elsewhere or buy something else. Reading other reviews it now sounds like a refund is going to take forever, my son now won’t have a present and this isn’t an exaggeration - real life. Angry with myself for not reading all reviews

Awful company. Requested to cancel. Ignored, despite 6 emails. Took 3.5 weeks to arrive. Requested to send back for refund. Ignored. Conmen and will be reporting further.

I’ve emailed this company 5 times no response order says dispatched but item has never shown up customer service is none existent

Do not order from this company!! I set up a monthly subscription you are meant to receive a new top every month. Second top has arrived and it's exactly the same as the last one. Sent emails with no response. Shocking customer service!

Arrived very swiftly and really happy with the surprise shirt! Couldn’t have asked for a better service! Will be ordering again very soon.

Bought 3 jerseys and no sign of them. According to the Royal Mail tracking number, Royal Mail have still not received it. No response to emails. I had ordered in the past and delayed delivery was blamed on Royal Mail and was given a refund eventually and at least they engaged by email but on this order I've received no communication whatsoever.

UPDATE - I wish to retract my previous review, I have now received said item. Yes it did take 27 days to get to me but it is now here. Question is: What shirt shall I receive.

Appalling…no other words required just appalling

Website looked really good with actual reviews so ordered for my son's birthday .. have been waiting for months with no reply - sent about 15 emails - tracking shows the item leaving the UK on 27 Feb and then nothing after that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Caution……I returned my item back for an exchange, have proof of recorded delivery by Royal Mail back to Mysteryfootballkitco however Mysteryfootballkitco have decided to keep my money and not send my exchanged short.

The delivery took 2 months + import duties had to be paid. They sure as hell didn't advertise that part!!
They make it sound like a great experience (which it could be), but my particular experience, and visibly 80% of other customers agree that they're not all that good.

I ordered a box on December 22nd and it still hasn't arrived. I have sent the customer service "email" at least 4 different requests for an update and I have yet to receive a response. I would not recommend wasting your money.

Does anybody know how to get in contact with regards to your order I still haven’t received a single email about the order after getting in contact several times

Ordered on 28th December as a gift and it still hasn’t arrived! Having ordered previously without any issues I’m so disappointed! No correspondence despite me contacting them on numerous channels! I will always allow reasonable time for company’s to respond before making public any qualms however when I’m out of pocket and they can’t even be bothered to give me any form of explanation, I feel it’s only fair to warn others!
