We ordered with friends and all got the same shirt

Nice Work, Nice Jerseys. I would order again anytime, as the quality was excellent and the order always arrived so quickly.

We ordered 3 shirts and received two from Indias Teams and VfB Lübeck from German 3rd Division + Mystery short, also India. One of the shirts didnt fit so we send it back and received a new one, this time West Papua which is amazing.
Love the idea and that you get a jersey that you‘d have never thought of, but the amount of India was too high (maybe just bad luck). Still would totally recommend.
Shipping and return also went fast and smooth

The Delivery is a Disgrace i payed for the Fast Delivery im still Waiting its 6 Days since i ordered

There some repetitive items from what I have seen and ordered but overall I am pleased!

Randomly got recommend this company. I thought this would be a fun way to start and now continue my kit collection. This is really cool if you'd like to surprise yourself or someone else. The kit is true quality and I love what they stand for at mystershirt. Absolutely fantastic definitely grabbing more.

It was my birthday so i wanted to get something special which i did tell the company . I said a nice design aswell . Then they gave me a rubbish Indian team that I didnt even know about . I waited a week just to get a shirt worth 8 £ when I payed 50 £ I have contacted them and they haven’t even replied. Overall very annoyed . How am I even suppose to send it back to get a refund . My mom bought this for me and is saying it was a scam which I agree with

In general the quality of the ordered retro jersey is pretty good. However it was delivered with the wrong size (L instead of M). Things like this can happen and I would not have any problems so far. However, the support now was pretty bad. I ordered another jersey in size M after I had some chat with the support and clarified that I can replace the jersey. Now another support member wrote back that only one retro package per person is allowed and that I can instead have a premium package. First of all: nothing like this is written on the web page and if you want to handle things like the support said just technically implement it on your page to already manage expectations earlier. Now second all further tries to clarify this via the support just ended up with the same answer of the support. To be honest after nearly 3 weeks I am pretty pissed now and I further insist more and more on getting my ordered retro jersey. Also in case I do not get any further answer I might just revoke everything but will never come back as customer. Just from this one time contact it seems to be a very bad support. Two stars only because of the jersey quality and initial delivery.

Don’t order there. They are sending Kids Shirts in wrong sizes, knowing that, and than you got the whole hassle in organizing the shipping back! All the shirts are bad labels too, only Gastore in 3 orders with 5 shirts.

If you want that kind of stuff with good shirts and in the sizes you ordered, there are better companies doing the same thing!

I found Mystery Shirt on Instagram and was really excited about the concept paying for a surprise football jersey sounded fun. But my experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

I placed my order on July 22nd, and as of today (August 3rd), I still haven’t received anything.

Their website promises 1–4 days Europe Express Delivery, but it’s been far longer than that. After placing the order, I was sent a DHL tracking number that didn’t work. I contacted customer service, and they told me to wait three more working days and check again. I did and the tracking was still invalid.

I reached out again, and they said there was a problem with the DHL shipment and that they would send a replacement. They sent me a second tracking number, which also didn’t work. They apologized and said they were trying to resolve the issue with DHL.

But at the end of the day, I’ve been left without the product I paid for, without a working tracking number, and with poor communication from customer service throughout the process.

I was genuinely looking forward to this, but now all the excitement is gone. I wouldn’t recommend this service unless they improve both their delivery process and support system.

10/10 I live in US and I got my jersey in a week. Bonus points the Jersey is fire it did not disappoint would order again!

It was a good experience. Good flow in order, communication, follow-up comm. Everything was clear as a mountain stream.

I got a shirt from india from a team that i didnt even know that existed, when i check their web page, those shirts are not even worth 10 euros, dont buy here its a scam.

Extremely happy with the shirt, great quality and very diligent team that are willing to help with everything.
