Multiples purchases, love - rotating photo box and music box

Got the photo box that rotates pictures for my husband for Christmas and he truly loved it, then my six year old for Valentine’s Day! He loves his as well. These are great and I plan to keep buying more meaningful gifts like this for other family. We also got the music box with a family photo inside for our toddler and he LoVes it! The flipping photo box is best for a child who will understand you can flip only in the correct direction, otherwise the photos can get dislodged going the wrong direction. It’s an easy fix of slipping the plastic notch back in the right spot though.

I will order from them again. Beautiful work.

My order arrived broken (the outer box was bent due to Post Office handling), but as per the packaging notice, I videotaped opening it. I sent the video to this company and they responded right away, offering an immediate full refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement because the item was beautifully made and I wanted to gift it. They took care of it in a timely manner, and I received the second order unbroken and beautiful. I am very happy with this company and will order from them again.

I’m torn…..

I’m torn, honestly, on how to review so I’ll go in the middle. I ordered 5 different music boxes for my kids for the Black Friday deal. Was intended to give it to them for Christmas. They didn’t arrive until the beginning of January. Clearly missed Christmas. But they were absolutely adorable and my kids llllloove them. Maybe a bit pricy (even on sale) but the quality is decent. Not too nice and not too cheap. I might buy again but I’ll give myself a 2 month window for delivery.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Do not trust the trust the production or shipping dates on their website. They will not honor them. My item came 8 days after the “guaranteed” latest delivery date. By that time, I no longer needed the item. I had reached out to their customer service multiple times to get “updates” as my item said it “shipped” with zero tracking updates for over a week. I was told it was a “missed scan” and I’d get my item soon but the production dates and delivery dates they now referenced did not match their website. When I finally received the item it was made of the CHEAPEST quality and seems extremely fragile. I’d avoid this company at all costs. Crappy product and poor customer service.

UPDATE TO COMPANY RESPONSE: I did reach out to your customer service and they said the best they could do is refund the $5 shipping. This product also broke minutes after giving it to the intended person. So like I said… waste of money, time, and my effort.

The ornament I ordered did not live up…

The ornament I ordered did not live up to expectations. It looked very low quality for the price paid.
I contacted customer service indicating I was not happy with the item and would like to return it. The item was not a custom made/personalized item.
Customer service responded one week later indicating they would not issue a return, but did not give a good reason.
I reached out to customer service well within the 30 day return window.

The product is adorable

The product is adorable. I would definitely purchase again. The lead time is quite long. Understandable with something that is made from your photos. Definitely allow ample time for delivery. I ordered on the 8th and received them on the 23rd. Barely made it in time for Christmas but it did! Thank heavens

Poor quality, worse customer service

I ordered a rotating photo box for a Christmas gift. The slides already got faulty after the first rotate and the plastic clip fell off. I’ve been waiting for a week to hear back on a solution. It’s says made in Vietnam so not American made as I thought.

I keep trying to buy off Amazon but when companies don’t respond to you and make it impossible to return or get a replacement for a faulty item it makes me second guess my decision.

Great service and relatively prompt…

Great service and relatively prompt delivery given the time of year ie. Christmas period. I love the personalised ornaments - they look great. The only one I'm a bit disappointed with is the fishing one as the name is really small but overall - happy with my order. Thank you.

Possible Scam

Place on order (17720) for two music boxes and a set of cards on 12/7. Receive an email that says the items are on their way with USPS tracking number that a shipping label has been created on 12/9. It's now 12/19 and there has been no updates on shipping. Carrier is still waiting for the item. When I click on the link to view my order, it tells me that the page is not found. Did I just got scammed?

Took a bit of time but I loved the…

Took a bit of time but I loved the product. Difficult to follow tracking due to limited updates however when I followed up they were quick yo respond.

This is an international company

This is an international company, they don’t highlight that much. If you read the fine print, they will Basically take a month to get you your orders. I’ve ordered starting almost that and haven’t received a single order and they are already asking for a review. Their shipping delays and we’ll see on tariffs…..ugh. What a mistake

Do not waste your money!

I ordered both a lit rotating photo box, and a personalized train musical box. The latter has still not shipped and I am still waiting on it. The photo box arrived in a box with a label advising to make an unboxing video for complaint to be processed. So, I crossed fingers and hoped it would be okay, but unfortunately that is not the case! The photos were no longer connected to the rotating mechanism. The battery compartment wouldn't shut, the LED light was unable to turn off and the handle was flimsy and not connected properly. The overall quality looked like my 2 year old grandson had built it! Do not waste your money, this is not representative of what was shown online. I have e requested a credit, and I am waiting to hear from the company. Something that could be so nice is absolutely trash!

Very poor quality

Very poor quality. I ordered three of the photo boxes and one arrived completely broken (the photos were dislodged from the turning mechanism and its not fixable). The other two boxes have glue on the outside and the paint job and overall construction is terrible. It looks like a toddler put it together. I also ordered them with the lights on the inside-- none of the lights work.
