Hi Matthew -- Thanks for your feedback. We're so sorry your experience with our service wasn't 5-star. Per our website, we make any changes that are within the scope of the plan you ordered, free of charge, for 90 days. We don't see any requests for changes from you in our system. That said, while you ordered the plan in December of last year, we can still make any revisions you may need. Please call us at 800-969-6415 and we will be happy to help. Also, of note, we used GIS data for the property lines on your plan. You uploaded screenshot of a survey, but it was just a portion of the property and we couldn't combine the survey data at one end of the parcel with the GIS data at the other. If you can provide the full survey, though, we can revised the property lines on the site plan very quickly. If you are willing to give us a call and share any additional feedback regarding your experience, we'd like to hear from you (please ask for Lisa). Thanks again, Matthew.

Hi Eugene -- Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry your experience with our service wasn't 5-star. As you may have read on our website, we use GIS data with arial imagery to create our site plans. Because we are reliant on third party data and do not visit the property, client input is occasionally needed to get the site plan to the level of accuracy the client is looking for. As discussed, we ask our clients to verify dimensions and any discrepancies when they receive their plan, mark any revisions on the plan and send it back to the drafter who will update the plan free of charge.
