Don’t buy from this company. Ordered something on 31/01 and still haven’t came. I’ve emailed them several times but haven’t got a reply once.

Do not use this company the service is rubbish and I have not received my order

I wouldn't even give them 1 star its a FAKE COMPNAY please do not give them any money or even your time

Absolutely awful brought a hair wrap and it is not working keep emailing them and they are ignoring my emails just don’t know what to do now

extremely poor quality product and not as advertised. The item did not work and customer service refuse to process refund.

Really bad quality shoes. Delivery took absolutely ages and I kept trying to cancel the order but they ignored my requests and instead sent me out a new pair. Upon receiving the shoes about 6 weeks later I am now trying to return them and they keep responding to my emails but ignoring the part about wanting to return the item so I am not sure whether they will actually let me. It's liket talking to robots. Avoid!

Awful! Please do not give this company your money! The quality is terrible and they don’t process refunds

Terrible quality shoes. Very cheaply made and definitely not worth a fraction of the cost they are selling them for. Spent ages emailing back and forth to get a refund with replies from them ignoring my refund request and saying ‘to proceed with the exchange please provide your alternative size’ instead. Not was I was asking and why would I want to exchange for such terrible quality shoes?! When they finally got round to acknowledging the fact that I wanted a refund they said that wouldn’t be the best idea because it would cost me the the same to return as it did the amount of the shoes £80?!?! They refused to provide me with information and a return address to return the shoes and instead gave me £20 back as a partial refund. Scam of a company, don’t buy from here

I bought a black coat with a scarf, the material of the coat is very hard and it’s not warm. I contacted the customer service for request to return the item and they didn’t agree to my request. Super unhelpful and the product I bought was not worth the price I paid and now it’s a waste since don’t agree to let me return

Please don’t waste your time or money - I bought the clogs and they are nothing like the pictures at all and they have refused to refund me

Do not buy from this company, the shoes are rubbish quality and you cannot return them - I made this mistake do not buy from here!
