I went online and the website first to look over cost and size and options. I ended up reserving a 5x10 space. A couple of days later I went to Fort Security in Fort Wayne, IN. There were two associates working and they both helped me. They were very friendly and helpful. They showed me the size I had reserved and then one larger. I ended up picking the larger one. Both the website and in person was a pleasant experience and they seem to be happy to have one's business. I have rented from other storage companies and they were fine but the customer service here was much better.

Nice facilities but overpriced.

Front desk personnel returned my call promptly, reserved a unit for me, and checked me in professionally and rapidly. Space was clean, incredibly easy to access, and secure. I am using the storage unit temporarily to help with my parent's move; but I am most likely going to keep it for myself when they are done with it as it offers a great solution to free up some valuable space at home!

I have used Advantage for various storage needs multiple times since this facility first opened and I have never been disappointed. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. The facility is well maintained and we have never had a problem with leaks, theft, or any other issues. The security is excellent to the point that on one occasion the staff noticed the lock on our unit was not secured as it should be (due to our error) and they notified me immediately. I would highly recommend Advantage for your storage needs.

The staff is wonderful to do business with. They are very professional, and express a genuine concern for the customer.

I think the people are very friendly. The location works well for me. A little more expensive but over all not bad.

I would highly recommend this facility to everyone. When I came here to inquire about units, I had the pleasure of dealing with a lady named Ezra. She was so polite and courteous. She was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a correct size unit and answered all of the questions that I had. Ezra also assisted me over the phone on another occasion when I had a minor issue with the payment portal. She took the time to walk me through the steps to show me where I had made my mistake.

The facility always looks clenched and we'll kept. I would highly recommend this storage facility to everyone!!!

Needed a winter storage unit for my motorcycle. They had an ideal size to fit a bike. Price was fair (also got a free month). I liked being able to pay online and canceling was hastle-free.
