In my opinion they are life savers. They bent over backwards to help me navigate the application requirements and were kind and helpful at every step. They stay on top of my prescription and keep me up to date on when to order so there are no gaps.

When serious complications occurred, the company and the healthcare professionals involved appeared to distance themselves from their responsibilities rather than provide proper support, accountability, and continuity of care.

I pay through a gift card and it doesn’t go through because they always use the old card number and I usually have to contact billing to refresh my account however once processed the delivery arrives very quickly
