Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 123 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained that their regular bi-weekly payments barely reduced the principal balance, as the vast majority of funds went directly toward high interest charges. Borrowers additionally reported facing high fees, complex repayment terms, and automatic bank withdrawals that created frustration. Some reviewers were not happy with the customer service and communication, noting unhelpful representatives, unclear rate disclosures, and unwanted phone calls. Many people also mentioned continuous difficulties when trying to contact support agents or successfully resolve urgent issues regarding their active accounts.

I called to see why I was denied and was told because once I got paid I removed my money from my account, I have bills to pay, the way the rep was talking made it seem like they were going to take whatever money I had in there before even giving me a loan

Someone is signing me up for loans

Someone is signing me up for loans. My Quick Wallet keeps calling and will not stop. They demand that I give them my SSN in order to cancel all loan participation, which of course I won’t do. They are an utter scam!!

Was approved and signed legal documents…

Was approved and signed legal documents that I would be receiving $1000 only to get a deposit of $500. I’m confused as to how they can have you sign a legal document and then turn around and decide to give you what they want. I called and spoke to a rep, only to be told they go through your bank account, and observe your spending habits and base judgement off that. I’m sorry…. Why are they going through my bank account? Why did I sign a loan agreement for $1000 and only receive half? Something is very shady about this company!! Stay away!!

Do not use this company.

Do not use this company. I spoke to them on a Thursday morning with promises the funds would be in my account by 6pm that afternoon, at the latest Friday morning. Nothing still Monday so I called them. I was told my application was denied. I was already approved so all they did was charge me 39.95 for nothing with no reason. I turned down other offers so now I have to start all over.

I should have searched company first

I was smart enough to read the reviews but it was to late they had all of my information. The bank had to shut everything down and change my account number. They also shut down my card.

I have been trying to apply for online loans

I have been trying to apply for online loans since my bank won't approve me because I am a little short on my rent. They called said I was approved so I called them back. I filled out the application, was asked to call an Indian man answered. He asked for my social security which started me worrying, but like a fool I gave it out, he asked for the bank routing number and all the other information. He then transferred me to another man, this man started wanting my online banking. I told him I don't have online banking, wanted me to set up one I told him I don't want online banking. I asked him why they needed it and he said it was for verification. This is where I politely told him that I will pass on the loan. I plan on changing things with my job after reading the other reviews.

PLEASE PLEASE DON'T!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! don't give these people any of your information. I was an idiot and fell for it. They hacked into my work payroll system and changed my direct deposit, they stole my paycheck and I had worked almost 40hours of overtime so it was a huge check. And I work for the government so if they hacked into a government payroll system then they can hack into anything.
