It takes too long to receive the order- so I sent to Mace shop click and collect and did not receive QR code so shop would not give order to me and eventually manually entered the order code so that I could collect the parcel that had MY name on it- not really good

Ordered product never received delivery…
Ordered product never received delivery refuse to refund as I have to go through this weird process of giving them my details repeatedly that they already have.
These things happen but the chances of getting a refund or replacement for non delivery are unlikely from this company

Prices have gone down.
the Total Protein has come down in price for 2.5kg which is awesome. I use them exclusively for everything, fast shipping.

I will never use Myprotein again! I placed an order for Dublin and when I saw the name of your delivery partner, I knew my order wouldn't arrive. This is the second time this has happened and I am no longer a customer of Myprotein. If your team can contact me, that would be great!

Consistently Incompetent
The last time I ordered from MyProtein I swore I would never order from there again, every time I place an order there is an issue with it. It's either late or doesn't arrive or is missing items. I've never dealt with a more incompetent company. I gave it one last try and I've received an email today telling me there's a problem with my order again. Honestly, never again will I order from there. It is consistently the worst possible customer experience. Real incompetence. And any time it has gone through it takes so long. Never ever again!!
Incredibly the reply to this mentioned that they couldn't find my account. Yet when this happened before they could find it. Just another example of the incompetence and culture of dreadful customer service pervasive in MyProtein. Always a tedious process, never painfree, always some sort of issue. Never, ever again.

Here we go AGAIN! Rubbish courier service
02/05/24 - Update. I received the below reply from My Protein this morning.
"We have contacted relevant departments to assist in investigating the situation of the package. If there are any updates, we will inform you as soon as possible."
It just is not an acceptable reply when all I want to know is when will my order be delivered. It has not even been processed by EVRI yet. Absolutely shocking service.

Here we go AGAIN!! Great products, but my order is still saying 'Parcel carrier label created' which means there's no sign of it moving from the depot (took over a month for delivery in the past). This issue has been raised with MyProtein but I get the usual lip service nonsense and nothing happens! Why do MyProtein continue to use EVRI as a courier. This happens every time I have made an order. I'm sick of it and so annoyed again.

Shocking delivery
Great product. Shocking delivery for the third time my order is delayed 4 days so far. No sign of it moving from the depot. Has been previously raised with myprotein and they never resolve it going forward.

Delivery standards unacceptable
The customer service agents are fantastic.
The company delivery is awful.
1st issue - discount didn't apply when the order was made (bought on sale)
2nd issue - order took a month to deliver after fastway didn't attempt to deliver and returned to myprotein.
3rd issue - fastway finally delivered but destroyed box and left on doorstep.
