Easy ordering though prices seem to have gone up a lot since i bought myprotein isolate whey powders. Order salted caramel milkshake which was reasonably priced and tastes lovely. Tried the mars which is made with water and found it too sweet. Will try with milk to see if more palatable. Quick delivery too

Ordering was a bit confusing at first…
Ordering was a bit confusing at first as didn't realise how to get individual flavours on the drops, once I found how to do it, it was quite straightforward, products are absolutely amazing, I use the flavdrops in yoghurts, coffee, cold drinks and cooking. Delivery was very speedy and parcel left in safe place as was out at the time it came

Ruined products and a £2 refund offer. Unbelievable.
I received an entire box of 12 Gingerbread Layered Bars crushed into a sticky, inedible mess, along with a Pop Roll missing from another box.
After contacting Myprotein, I was offered just £2 as a partial refund for both affected products.
An entire box of ruined food, a missing product, and £2 to brush it all off? I paid for edible products, not a pile of mush. Absolutely shocking customer service.
