Very disappointing
Very disappointing. I placed an order of three cases of their Clear whey isolate cans. At the time of placing order I was supposed to receive order in a week. When I received shipment tracking number , it said that I would receive in two weeks. I never received shipment. Tracking number stated that shipping label was created but never shipped. When I contacted their service, they were going to ship again and have to wait two more weeks to receive. When I asked to expedite shipping since it was their error, they found it easier just to refund amount instead of doing the right thing and paying for expedited shipment.
