i ordered cookies and cream diet whey protein and the flavour is delicious! The only slack is when mixing with water the whey does not really mix well. But overall is good!

First of all, this is my first time to buy and try Myprotein products. I'm very happy to receive good quality products from Myprotein, and the shipping time was very fast although my shipment is under CMCO period, I placed order at 3/1/2021, received my parcels at 8/1/2021 (totally 5 days to arrived), I'm very satisfied with the product and shipping time for my last order, hope Myprotein can keep it up.
However, I had encountered very bad experience for my first time first purchase with Myprotein where 1 of the items I ordered found damaged, powder spilled out from the package, after that I had send the feedback to myprotein feedback email "feedback @ thehutgroup.com" with subject name "Received damaged item" since 9/1/2021, but until today, no any response from myprotein, I'm very disappointed to the service after I changed from "x" brand to this brand, I don't know how do I share my such "good experience" to my friends and family members to try Myprotein?. I had no courage to order my next order from Myprotein anymore since the service not nice although I know that the products are good quality, I think at least can get any respond from email since customer has been sent the feedback. I am very sad that no any response and help from Myprotein after I sent the email. the damaged package I force to use, to prevent wastage (hope the powder not going bad since I don't know when the package leaked during shipment, only know whole shipment time is 5 days, suspect that if the package has been leaked at 1st or 2nd days during shipment, means that my package has "open without sealed" around 4-5 days), I think the service should be improved.

It's actually a fast delivery, didn't expect it to arrive early.The creatine I ordered is is good condition and it has a wonderful taste.

Item received in excellent condition and as advertised. The parcel was delivered immediately a few days right before Christmas and it was a pleasant surprise. I can see that proper thought and care was taken to ensure my parcel arrived in pristine condition. You make me a happy shopper and I will return for more!

Fast delivery, 12/12/2020 purchase and 17/12/2020 received. I thought it would be more than 2 weeks as per the estimation. The whole order and purchase process quite easy and user friendly. I bought the unflavour vegan soy protein, it tastes weird at the first time because of the water measurement, after adjust the water volume, I feel not bad. There will be great if add on some fruits to make it tastes good.

Enjoy the products, but why do you use Hermes for delivery!? Made sure i was over £60 to get next day delivery. Been two days now and still no parcel and Hermes giving no updates or answering calls. Just tracking stuck saying ‘issue in delivering’

So i have a parcel should of been here Sunday now somewhere lost in time. Sack Hermes off and use a decent courier that will actually get my parcel to me..maybe like DPD.

*Update, finally arrived yesterday three days later than expecting....not a great next day service. We did reach out to your customer service but they were not helpful. Hermes also put a false “we were not in failure” on the second attempt funny considering we work from home and in a lockdown with no where to go. Order: 264670978

I really love the flavour, Matcha Latte and the price for Whey Protein is affordable. I expect the product will be send from UK but instead it was from Singapore? Do you have in Malaysia? it about taxes and customs clearance when total amount is over RM500.
