False marketing
Be careful when buying from Myprotein! They offer 'Free Shipping' if you spend over 320 ₪, but the tax-free limit in Israel is $75 (around 227 ₪). They trick you into spending more money to save on shipping, which automatically forces your package into customs where you get hit with over 100 ₪ in unexpected government VAT and carrier fees. Decent products, terrible experience
The products are decent and reasonably priced. The delivery is a gamble, half the time the option you pick (home delivery or designated pick up spot) are completely ignored and the customer support is terrible and are not helpful at all.

Letting everyone know if you get overcharged on custom fees and shipping and handling fees (When the website specifically says handling fees should not be charged from the customer!) you will not be refunded once the shipping courier hands the package over to customs. I was told multiple times from customer support that they will check why im being charged handling fees, and after letting them know that the parcel will be handed over to customs if the VAT fees wont be paid on time, they reassured me to just wait for an answer from their courier department, and now that the parcel is with customs they just take your money and say there is nothing that can be done. Horrible service, never have I ever seen something like this!
