I ordered a 50 page book from them and…
I ordered a 50 page book from them and when I received it the pages were already coming apart. It seems it was not glued correctly. I emailed them the day I received it, and I still haven't heard back after five days. The email I received confirming they received my email says they are available 8-5 EST Monday through Friday, but when I call the number, it says 7-11 EST Mon-Fri. I called during those hours and got an automated voice saying thank you for calling with no option to speak to anyone and it just hangs up. I have sent another email today. I paid $65 dollars for one book, and the product was made badly and there apparently is no customer service available to help when a product is received in poor condition.

Long wait, wrong size frame
My order was for a framed photo 17" x17" to match the size of another photo I wanted to hand next to each other. After a longer than expected wait, I received the photo in a 20" x 20" frame. I didn't return it because it took forever to get the wrong one.

The 17" × 17" size refers to the print itself, while the overall dimensions of the framed piece are 20" × 20", as the frame adds to the total size. This is specified during the configuration process.

i needed a custom poster
i needed a custom poster. so i ordered from myposter and it was very easy. i got exactly what i paid for and the poster came packaged really well and the quality of the poster was awesome, along with the custom size i needed for my office. i'm already using them again even though i have my own Print on Demand service. their service is easy and really helpfu.

Great Quality Photo Prints for Cheap
I ordered photo prints a few times and I am super happy with the quality and price. Just be aware that prices don't include shipping which can be between $10-$15... Even with the shipping price included, the prints turn out to be a lot cheaper than other high quality printing stores. (13-15 cents per 4x6 photo)

The price attracted me and the quality of what came was above my expectations. Shipping should be at book rates and were a bit high, but the price of the product made the overall value acceptable. We will order more.

Love the Versatility of Custom Posters
I took advantage of the large custom poster option to create a photo collage of our family vacation. It turned out great! This was a much more affordable option than using a custom photo mat. I highly recommend!!

Best large format collage posters
I needed to put together a collage for the Celebration of life. I've looked at everything that google suggested, between the price and the time of completion or the way that you had to add and tweak pictures, i was stressing out. Untill i came upon myposter.com. It took me a minute to figure it out, but once i did, it seemed easy enough. Then i was worried about the quality of pictures printed, considering the size of the posters, but when I received it (very soon after ordering, quickest production and shipment), I was so impressed and happy about quality, i can't even put it into words!

Major shipping delays before Christmas, no statement about it on website
I was working on my customized calendars for a few days. this morning 1am, I finally finished but was too tired to check out. At 8 am, when I wanted to finalize, I saw, there is suddenly no expedited shipping. The website states under questions, that everything will still arrive before Christmas with extra shipping fees.
Just called customer service and found out, there will no production until the next year and the calendars arrive not for mid-January. Unfortunately, too late for me. All my work was for nothing. The products on the website seemed great, but the execution is terrible. Please state clearly on your site, especially before Christmas. if you are not able to fulfill the orders in timely manners.
Update:
I got a reply to my review, where they do not take any ownership of their inaccuracy. Now, on the 22. they ask me if they can ship something else before Christmas? Again disappointing!

Excellent customer service and a great product.
When I received my first book, the pages were not printed in the correct order, a mistake obviously made in collating the pages. I contacted My Poster and they immediately rectified the situation, got a new book in the mail immediately to me. I just received it and couldn't be happier. The printing is perfect, with good quality paper. I am so excited to be giving my very special book to my 11 year old granddaughter for Christmas. Thank you, My Poster!

Great Quality and Customer Service
The quality is exceptional. I've used them to print images of watercolor paintings onto watercolor paper, and the end result is barely distinguishable from an original painting. Their customer service also is great. One item arrived damaged, and they immediately sent a replacement. Highly recommended!
