This is what I call service
I ordered a left AirPod pro. After using it I found out that it wasn’t working. So I contacted the service desk and Sophie offered my to send me a new one without paying for that one. We agreed that when the new one did work I’m gonna send the one who was not working back. I received it very fast and it works. Great service, thank you Sophie!

Great experience
After receiving the "new" AirPod it turned out it wasn't possible to pair the AirPods in a non original apple-case.
So the company offered me the possibility to send my Pods to them, so they can manage the pairing process for me. After all everything worked fine.
Also they have a perfect and fast WhatsApp-support in my language (German).
I had a very good experience with this company. 👍🏽
