Not sure what to think

I’ve been ordering from mypillow for quite a while and have never had a problem until recently. Ordered in mid October, by mid November my order had still not shipped. I did contact customer service and they did respond quickly and did get my order sent out promptly but I’m not sure why this couldn’t be done from the beginning. I ordered their flannel sheets and although they are well made, very soft and have a beautiful snowflake design on them, no one has a mattress without a pillow top anymore. These are not deep pocket sheets and constantly slip off. I just assumed they would be since all other sheets I’ve bought from mypillow have been. I don’t know if they are sewing the sheets at the factory or they’re buying them somewhere else but I wish they would make them deep pocket. They’d probably be the only ones doing it.

My Pillow towels

I ordered the 6 piece set of My Pillow towels. Advertised as thick, soft and absorbent. They’re not, even after washing before use. They’re so disappointingly thin. Plus the order took so long getting delivered. I would not recommend.

RUN away from this business

RUN, AND FAST . .from these people. I felt an obligation to do business with My Pillow because of Mike Lindel's support of President Trump. That was a huge mistake. On September 12, I ordered a pillow and some towels. The price of $116 was immediately charged to my credit card. Two and a half weeks later, on October 1st., I received an email from My Pillow that my package had shipped using USPS, and tracking showed that it would be delivered on October 6. On October 6, tracking showed that package had been delivered "to an individual ". That "individual " was not me, and the package was NOT in my box, nor could I find that "individual ". So I called MyPillow customer service to report this and was told that I'd have to wait until the next day before anything could be done, and to call back the next evening. In the meantime, I submitted a report to USPS on Monday evening, and one of USPS representatives called me on Tuesday and said they'd check on this and call me on Wednesday. . .and of course, I never heard from USPS again. So Wednesday evening I called MyPillow customer service again and explained what had happened, and she transferred me to her supervisor. The supervisor came on and started babbling about being out of stock of the pillow I had ordered and would it be OK to substitute a better pillow. I asked her about the lost order and told her I had already waited 3 weeks and just needed a refund. Supervisor tells me that no refund . . .a lost order is just re-shipped. At that point, there were too many questions unanswered. . .too much of a shady transaction. I told the supervisor what she could do with her sloppy business practices and called my credit card company and filed a dispute against the charge. So, save yourself this huge headache . .and run away from this company.

What has happened to this business over the years

What has happened to this business over the years? I have purchased from them for many years. My most recent purchase was 2 pillows (green tag-same as I have previously ordered), and it is of minimal quality, not firm as in the past, poor distribution of the filling. I am a side sleeper, and I now need to put an arm under the pillow for for the proper lift. Very disappointed. Additionally, he advertises and brags that all products made right here in the USA in Minnesota-so no supply chain issues. Well, then why does it take over 2 weeks to ship 2 pillows, when I am sure they have hundreds or thousands right there in the warehouse? Ordered 8/14, received 9/2

RIP OFF!!!!! Beware!!!

I tried purchasing several items from My Pillow. (Pillows, My Slippers, and Percale Bedsheets). When I used the "free shipping" promo code, I lost the discount on my Percale Sheets. When I used a different promo code, I had to pay shipping despite their t.v. ads that insist shipping is always free.....ESPECIALLY with a $225 order. No matter what I did, they were gonna absolutely NOT give me a $9.99 discount....no matter WHICH option I chose, so I contacted them, and after 3 different correspondences, My Pillow was willing to LOSE two $59 orders for percale bedsheets over insistance on not giving me the $9.99 discount with free shipping, and they DID lose the purchase! (Who turns down $120 MORE over a $10 discount??) They manipulate the promo codes so when you save on one item, you lose it on another, or you have to pay shipping. I not only had more than enough for "free shipping" based on "minimum order", but they wouldn't give it to me unless I paid more than their lowest price for the sheets! After a week, a shipping label hadn't even been created, so I called (again), and my order was moved to "expedited shipping" status. It STILL took 10 days to get it, which is longer than if I'd shipped something from Alaska! When I finally got my order, the pillow I ordered had barely any "filling" in it. (And YES....I followed all instructions, including air-fluffing in in the dryer THREE times over 1 week. When I pick up the pillow, all the stuffing drops to the other end, and half the pillow is just an empty pillow case. It's literally HALF FULL of stuffing! So I called....again....and they said I ordered a "medium fill". I sarcastically said "that doesn't mean you only fill it medium full, does it?" They replied...."yes". Now seriously: I have a "medium fill" My Pillow from TWO YEARS AGO that is still stuffed more full than the brand new one they sent!!

This company used to pride itself on American Made with American Sources, and now everything they make they make in China, and they nickle and dime you on the promo codes, and then cut costs by sending pillows only half full of stuffing. If I could give a zero I would!!! I gave the understuffed pillow to my dog to shred, vacuumed up the filling inside when he was done, and threw it all away. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again!! I am SO sick of re-contacting them over and over, just to have them tell me that "sub-standard EVERYTHING" is their new normal, and too bad if I don't like it. I wouldn't buy a toothpick from them!!

MyPillows gets 4 thumbs down

Many years before Mike Lindell went off his rocker, I bought 2 MyPillows for the price of 1 . After 3 or 4 nights, thinking we’d have to get used to them, we tossed them into the guest room. They were crap.Fast Forward to last night when we had houseguests. This morning we asked how did they sleep. They hemmed and hawed at first, then confessed their pillows sucked. I just got back from Target with new pillows. Our guests tested them and said they appeared to be much better “not as mushy.” We’ll keep our fingers crossed as they are here till Monday which is trash day! Goodbye to those crappy cheapass MyPillows. Sorry, Mike, you lose again.

Not what it used to be

I noticed in the reviews that my complaint is quite similar. A few years ago when I purchased a My Pillow in a Wal Mart it was just fine. A short while back I purchased one more through the company and noticed same issue as others. Pillow barely had any fill and large pieces in there. Crazy. Also ordered some sheets a couple of months ago and have not received them. We all know he is going through some issues and I wish him the best, but reviews and things like this will not help the company survive. What is he thinking...

Not MY Pillows Anymore...

A dozen years ago these were great pillows. I purchased two premium pillows over a month ago. They are poor quality pillows with little loft. Even the more loft pillows have little fill and they are HOT to sleep on. Cheap Cheap Cheap.
They charged my credit card immediately but I had to call weeks later to find out what the delay was and get them to move it up the list. Still took even longer to arrive.
I am incredibly disappointed in these pillows and will never buy from this company again.

TRASH COMPANY

Trash company. Ordered products over a month ago. Never received them. Contacted “customer service” a week into that month they said it hadn’t been 10 business days yet so they were still in progress. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and support the company but a month!? Nah, there’s a fine line there I don’t want the pillows that bad. Mike Lindell must be back on crack if he thinks his company is running smoothly. I asked for a full refund on my order and they said they would process it in 7 business days. Like are you serious? Worst customer service ever. Trash company. Buyer Beware: avoid like the plague.

Terrible product

I bought one from Amazon took 5 days to arrive no big deal was really looking forward to it however it seems half of whatever they were to stuff it with was missing just uneven small honestly cant believe they think this is a good pillow if I'm Amazon I wouldn't sell it on their behalf.

Cannot fulfill orders

I Like their standard original pillow. Unfortunately, a pillow that I ordered on June 24 it is now July 15 is always being prepared for shipment and yet I am still getting emails telling me that if I ordered today the product will be shipped immediately. Calls either go unanswered, interminable holds or the call mysteriously drops mid conversation

These pillows suck

The pillows we received hardly had any stuffing/filling in them even after putting them in the dryer. The pillows the Dollar General offer are better than the ones from MyPillow.com. Don't waste your money or time.

It took more than 14 wks to get my pillow.

It took more than 14 wks to get my pillow. When I got the pillow I had to toss it into the dryer on high for 15 min. I do not like the pillow. It makes my neck worse just like the last one. The last one was the classic and this one is the newer one. Sorry to say but nothing has changed the pillow still sucks. I will not send it back because it's probably going to take forever to get to them and it will try take awhile to get my money back. I will not be buying anymore from this company. Top it off they kept texting me constantly and it is very annoying having your phone going off every ten minutes.

What an awful company

What an awful company! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It has been 5 days since I ordered and there is no information about a ship date. No one takes my call after being put on hold. They deserve all of the bad reviews, as they simply do not care.

I ordered 4 extra firm pillows on June…

I ordered 4 extra firm pillows on June 11, 2014 for $92.41. Today is June 26th and the automated recording reports that my order is in process of being prepared for shipping. The order details said 10-14 businesses days. I called earlier this week and was placed on hold for 1-1/2 hours but I hung up. I just talked to a customer service rep who informed me that my order STILL hasn't shipped as of today, June 26, 2025 and that it could be another full week before my order is shipped. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. If I had seen that 1.9 star review, I wouldn't have ordered the pillows. This is a sloppy and horrible way to run a company. It's no wonder that retailers refuse to carry the products. Probably because they can't get them shipped.

UPDATE: I finally received my order. However, the pillows are NOT what I ordered. I order standard size with extra loft. The pillows I received (I only opened 1) were not what I ordered. I put one in the dryer and it fluffed up but it was too soft. I returned all 4 and they kept $25.08 of my money. I will never order from this company again. I so wish I had looked at the review score and read the reviews before I ordered. I really feel like I was ripped off.
