Discount Code Never Applied and Full Amount Charged

Dear Mr, Dear Mrs,

When I placed my order on myphotobook, I insert the code 6est1wsw42 to get a 10€ discount.

However, I received my credit card bill and the full amount was charged to me.

I tried to contact them by email a couple of times but they never send me back the 10 euros that I insert on when I make the purchase.

It is a shame service, you charge the full amount without telling your client and after don't admit your error.

Please run away from this company.
