This was 100% worth it

Paid for 2 dog portraits and after…

Paid for 2 dog portraits and after aproving the proofs heard nothing back for Christmas delivery. Emailed 5 times and absolutely no response. Had to source a different present for wife at Christmas

Shocking communication and customer service

Ordered mine on the 22nd November and still not even received the final draft for approval!!! That’s despite emailing them 3 times to ask for an update and explaining its for a birthday present for my fiancée in 2 weeks.
Initially communication was good but it dropped off after the 3rd email after discussing amendments to the initial design.
Now having to go through my credit card company to get a refund.
Wish I would have listened to the reviews. Such a shame as the pictures I have seen on the website they look fantastic. They have sadly failed the very fundamentals of good customer service.

Order got lost in the post but now sorted

We now have the print. Even though it was a hassle getting it, partly due to me giving the wrong postcode and then getting lost in the post, the service advisor helped sort it and the product is lovely. Appreciate the effort to help sort the issue.

AVOID!!! BAD SERVICE AND NEVER RECEIVED

Ordered a picture of two dogs for a surprise 60th present in middle of September. I placed my order on 27th August as website states only 1-2 working days and then order will be dispatched.

I had a proof picture come through. I was happy but just wanted the names changed around and colour of background on one dog. 48 hours later I get another proof. Changes had been done to what I asked. I was impressed and happy so approved the proof. Well since then nothing. I’ve had the download sent to me and that’s it.

I’ve tried contacting their so called 24/7 customer service web chat to be told only operates certain times of the day. I’ve sent three emails now. The first one I got told they would reply during office hours, considering my first email was sent at 09:35am on Friday. I heard nothing for three days so another email sent.

I informed them that clearly their website is full of lies, 24/7 customer service, one part of their website says receiving the final results 1-2 days, another part says 1/3 days shipping. The person who emailed me then told me the following

“ To address your question: there seems to have been a small miscommunication. After the portrait is approved, we dispatch orders within 2–5 business days due to production and framing. Once your package has been sent, delivery by services such as Evri or Royal Mail typically takes 1–2 business days. This means your order will be shipped at the latest today.”

Well it’s been another three days and yet again nothing not even a chase up email or to inform me that my product has been sent.

It seems I’ve paid nearly £70 for a digital download. I’ve now got to explain to the person on the 60th why I don’t have a present for them.

Please avoid at all costs. Their website is the typical all singing and dancing but they take your money and just send a computer digital image. I’m so disappointed and so annoyed I wish I had read other reviews before I lost my money. I should have seen the signs as got some much discount I would be so angry if I had paid the full price of £118. I feel this is just a scam so I will be going to my bank to investigate.

Watercolour framed print …. Awesome!!

Ordered the watercolour 50x70 framed version of our beautiful, very much missed Labrador Ralphy who left us at the end of last year! And OMG it is amazing, the image is exactly him, was so easy to upload the photo I wanted and at my request they even removed the Xmas bow tie he was wearing and you would never know!
Delivery was quick after being sent the proof within 24hrs to accept! I also got a free downloadable image which can be used as a phone wallpaper which is great.
I ordered with a 25% off code for Father’s Day but to be honest I would have paid the full price it is well worth it!
If you are thinking of buying one of these, do it! You will not be disappointed, and it can take pride of place on your wall just like mine!

Amazing art work

The process, from start to finish was so simple.
These guys are really good for their communication.
I will be honest. When I received the digital proof work, I cried. The picture was of my cocker spaniel that had only recently passed. It was amazing how realistic the art work was of her. She now takes pride of place in my lounge. It is so good, I'm already thinking of other photos to send.
Well done guys, 10/10 I will be back 👍

This is second time of using this…

This is second time of using this company never had a problem the first time. I ordered my second one on the 30th April and approved it on 1st may I am still waiting for it. I have sent number emails only got one reply but still waiting on the response to why I haven't got my order. Need to for tomorrow as it's our anniversary. Need sam the founder to step in to find out what is going on with his company.

AVOID!!!

I’ve used these before and I’m a returning customer. First time round it was fine. This time round it’s been awful. They kept messing up the digital print. I had to approve it 3 times. When I eventually approved it I heard nothing. I used live chat, email, Facebook and Instagram and I was ignored on all of them. I never received my print during that time. I then checked via the “shop” app and apparently it was delivered but I checked on 2 different days and both said “2 hours ago” so I believe this was false. They also couldn’t confirm any proof of delivery.

I eventually had to dispute the payment through my bank where I got my money back but all methods of communication with the company was ignored.

After my original review was posted I was then contacted by the company to ask I kindly remove my review and they were just experiencing delays - I was offered a 10% refund even though I had already got my money back

The print has now arrived although I’ve had to battle for it. Compared to my first order from 2023, the printing paper is “off white” rather than brilliant white and the frame is wooden and flimsy compared to the plastic which gives a more polished finish. I was hoping the prints would match but I’m sad to see they don’t.

For £75 I’d rather have used a cheaper company from Etsy that’s a small business that puts better effort and customer service skills into sales.

The refund I received was then reversed through my bank because I had received the product, I received no compensation off this product, not 10% and not a full refund

I was asked to remove this review, I will not.

I ordered a photo picture of my son’s dog and we couldn’t be any happier with what was sent to us! My son got very emotional when he opened and it now has pride of place in our living room… such a lovely picture and very good quality! I highly recommend this company and thank you again for putting a smile back on my sons face

Avoid,Avoid, Avoid!!!!!
Print hasn't been delivered after 7days no communication whatsoever, email 20 times no communication at all finally received email if I would like 10% discount or refund!!! I ask for full refund so they keep £8 for artist they need to pay for making my print not to mention that my print wasn't done or send it to me !!! SCAM this is how they making money!!! You will weast your time and nerves to deal with them !!! Totally disgraceful !!! Wish I read reviews before I placed the order!

Simple changes never actioned. Long turnaround time.

Still waiting on my picture. The 2-4 day turnaround time is a joke. Placed an order intending it as a 40th Birthday gift, it's taken 4 of amends to get the changes requested on
the second version applied. These were not complex - move the image down so there isnt a huge gap and remove an element of the background they applied. Each 'amend' takes at least 24 - 48 hours, even when they havent bothered making the changes. I've had repeated contact with customer service. It's now been 5 days since approving the edit, and only now, after chasing a delivery timeline, have I received tracking information. 2-4 days from order is so misleading. I'd give it at least 3 weeks minimum. This had ruined a surprise.

UPDATE - when the picture did arrive it was someone else's - a chihuahua not 3 golden retrievers. It then took a further 3 weeks for our picture to turn up. Absolute chaos of an organization.

Our standard dispatch time is 2–4 working days after the preview is approved. During busier periods, it can take a bit longer, and we should have communicated that more clearly, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Disappointing, poor quality

Disappointed after asking them on the first proof to not leave such a blank space above my dog , they said they’d alter it but it arrived today after almost 4wks of waiting with nothing changed.
Quality of frame is cheap and I will look for a better quality frame that will fit the print of dog better.
After paying £48 I feel let down all round.
Don’t bother wasting your money if you think of ordering with them.

WRONG ORDER AND BLOCKED ME! AVOID.AVOID.AVOID

Ordered a frame of our three dogs for xmas as a gift to my fiancé. The website claims they will not post until you are happy with your order ie you're allowed to make adjustments/changes to your order until it fits your desire.

I rejected the first 2 drafts and settled on the 3rd (placement of dogs and order of names nothing too drastic)

When I received my order 1 week later it was the original draft with no edits of what I asked for and for the best part of £100 coupled with the 'promise' that you have unlimited edits to get your perfect frame it's a total rip off.

I then immediately emailed with photo evidence of what I wanted and what I got. No response (I gave a week to respond even though the auto email reply stated 24hours) I then emailed again and waited a few days, no reply.

When I went to send a third email to ask for help I received an email from Outlook that only happens when you get blocked.

So not only have they ruined a present, they don't care about their customers enough to rectify their mistake and then expect to be BLOCKED by them as they have zero respect or care for their custom your simply money in their pocket they do not care.

Please don't be fooled by their marketing on Facebook or insta, this is a sham of a business and will bump you or of alot of money for poor quality rushed digital art.

It's safe to say they don't intend on rectifying my issue so please do not support this business as they won't care about your custom either unless your a passive customer that accepts something you didn't order.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at My Pet Frame. After receiving the first draft, I had a few requests for changes, and they were so accommodating. Do not use this company

Awful product and service. Would never use again. The artwork produced was so bad, asked for changes which weren’t made, then wouldn’t give me a full refund. They take a “small fee” once artwork is started however when they fail to make changes or do anything slightly reminiscent to the photo that was sent in, the fee should not be kept as they have not provided the service they advertise.

Shocking after service customer care

Shocking after service customer care, I've purchased a few portraits now but my last portrait was really bad. I paid £8 to change photo and it was still poor. I complained and they dismissed my email quickly. I won't Be purchasing any more portraits from them. Very disappointed!!

Worst client service ever

I ordered my pet frame around mid September. First, everything went smooth. I could give feedback and all, very nice. Then, the 24th my package should have been delivered at my house but it wasn't. I was at home but no doorbell. Ok, this might have been because of the mail service and not My pet frame. But when I inquired about this, it took so long to get a decent and helpful reply that my package was no longer at the pick up point (which was never communicated where it was). I have been emailing ever since and they have made promises that they can't keep. Meanwhile I have paid 75 euro's for a frame that I have still not received on the 4th of November nor have I gotten a refund. The client service keeps making promises but it does not comply to it and they are now even ignoring me. I would not recommend ordering your pet frame at MyPetframe as they have a very bad client service

If i could give 0 i would!

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. After my dog died rather suddenly and unexpectedly the beginning June 2024 I decided I'd get a picture done. Wish I hadn't were now in October and I'm still waiting for my picture and a redund!

1st of all I was sent a picture that was sent without my house number on so this didn't arrive before I went away as royal mail held ot for x amount of days before returning to sender. And my pet frame wouldn't resend until it was returned. (At this point i think they just resent that 1st picture back!)

When I was back off holiday imagine my heartbeak to discover the picture was unfinished and the frame was all smashed. I have been contacting the company since the middle of August. They take more than the 3 days stated to get back to you.

27th August I confirmed a picture to be re done and was told it would be posted and id have royal mail confirmation and now my whatsapp messages aren't even being read!

Emails are useless never get the same person. I want my picture complete woth an unbroken frame and a full refund I have been waiting since June!
