Hello,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction or confusion you may have experienced. We understand your concerns and would like to provide some clarification on the matter.
Our platform offers two types of accounts: basic access and full access. The basic access account is designed to allow users to explore our builder and try out its features before committing to a purchase. However, it's important to note that the basic access account only allows you to download a plain text version of your document, and it does not include our premium features.
On the other hand, we offer a full access account for a small fee. This account provides a comprehensive set of features, including the ability to print, email, or download your documents using our copyrighted templates. With the full access account, you'll have a 14-day window to utilize these advanced features to enhance your document creation process. In the event the account is not canceled during the first 14 days, the subscription renews to our monthly access.
We continuously strive to improve our website and provide a seamless user experience. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at customerservice@myperfectresume.com. We’re here to help and truly appreciate your input.

The best resumé builder out there
The best resumé builder out there. Your chosen field has many descriptions, bullet points and important summaries already built in. You just choose your skills and descriptions. The best part is you can go into that section and modify the pre-filled out information, which is very handy when attempting to convert military and law enforcement jargon like I needed to. It's like a "plug and play" add on to your laptop, except it actually works. Cover letters are the same. Spell check snd resume reviews included.
Using this resume builder I easily went from Corrections to Homeland Security.
Absolutely worth the money.

We want to assure you that our service is transparent, and we provide an overview of our subscription model and billing terms before, during, and after the sign-up process. Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company. You sign up for a basic CV builder where it clearly states you pay for the download of your CV (which I was happy to do) and then you get charged a subscription fee which I didn't agree to.
Trying to contact, you get a basic email response back and then on the online chat they just keep talking money off the "subscription fee".
The whole point was I didn't want a subscription, didn't sign up for a subscription and wanted my money back that they unlawfully took.
Now they offer me a partial refund.
Poor customer service!
Avoid unless you're actively wantin to pay a monthly subscription.
Further to the companies reply:
If you don't charge per resume why on the 13th August did I pay £1.95 for a download on my C.V???
Also, I've just noticed payment of £16.95 being taken from my account on 27th August 2026 (this one I didn't notice) and 24th September 2026 (this one I noticed and disputed).
Since I disputed the latter payment being taken without consent, I have had multiple conflicting emails from yourselves. There is clearly lack of training and understanding from your employees regarding policies.
Again I will reiterate, at no point was there a mention of £16.95 a month when I signed up for the "basic package".
So I'm now technically owed more money back which I know I won't get as the company is a scam!.
