Would not use this company again pure scam!
i used this company for a CV before and i payed around £1 for my CV. A couple of days ago i wanted to update my CV and i then got an email saying i had been charged over £16 and signed up to a monthly subscription! On the email it also stated “ if your unhappy.. we will refund you all of your money” I emailed the company and after back and forth they decided to only give me half of my money back when i didn’t want to pay that much to begin with! i emailed them saying that their website states if your unhappy we will refund you but they had absolutely nothing to say and ignored my question. Shocking company do not reccomend unless you want to loose your money !

Had a nightmare with them
Had a nightmare with them. A mth ago I ordered and paid for a CV. I was not aware it was a mthly subscription. Nowhere did it say that. Today £16.95 has been taken from my bank account. I went onto to CV account subscription part and it states it will take £3 a mth. How is £16.95 ... £3? It does not make sense. I phoned customer services who are in America and they were not cety helpful. I've cancelled the subscription then got another email saying thankyou for your order,here's your CV. Utterly crazy.

The CV was excellent
The CV was excellent. The covering letter less good for my purposes, but possibly good for someone applying for a job in more 'usual' circumstances than mine.

Conned out of money for a subscription
I managed to create a CV but I have been conned into a subscription I didn't want or need. I'm only just turned 16. I paid nearly £2 for what I thought would be my CV, not knowing I would be then charged £17 for not even using it again. Beware young people! Such a con and really young people should know before they use the site.
