cannot recommend My Perfect Boiler enough! They have helped me twice now, and both experiences were excellent. First, they fixed my boiler efficiently, and today they came back to fix the condensation motor. The engineer was punctual, professional, and got the job done quickly.

What I appreciate most is that their prices are very reasonable, and they do a proper job—no cutting corners. It’s rare to find a company that offers such great service at a fair price. If you need a reliable heating engineer, these are your guys. 5 stars!"

My perfect boiler is an absolute gem of a company, I was left in the lurch by Hutton plumbing heating,by Danny Rogers who didn't care in the world about he's customers he left me one month without heating and kept making excuses, until I phoned my perfect boiler they resolved everything to my expectations and was really honest,and Peter was very helpful and also Samantha in the office, I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU, and I will be staying with you for a long time 🤗

Brilliant company! Superb from start to finish. When I first phoned, I found them friendly and professional. They came around to quote the same day. I appreciated how they were open to discussing the job (I needed a new boiler due to a dead back boiler) and I didn't feel like I was being pushed in any particular direction or rushed. They were patient with my questions and with me dithering over my options. Billy, Peter and Harpreet came across as genuinely enthusiastic and interested in their work, more than anything that was what set them apart - you just knew they cared about doing a decent job. The price was very reasonable and (given the work involved) I was astonished at how quickly they got the job done. The finished job is excellent and the place was left clean and tidy. As I was moving from a gravity fed system to a combi boiler I needed to change the shower in the bathroom. I thought I was being cheeky asking for a few isolation valves to be plumbed in that I could plumb into when changing the shower. To my surprise, they did better than that and actually connected the isolation valves up to the existing shower pipework meaning I only had to change the last 2ft of pipework in the bathroom. This saved me loads of time and is something they didn't have to do. Talk about going above and beyond! A huge thanks to the My Perfect Boiler, a company I will definitely use again in the future and would happily recommend to anybody.

Service was brilliant from speaking to Sam in the office to Peter installing my boiler the same week, Peter explained everything and kept everything tidy. really good company and fair pricing, I will be recommending.
