The staff were easy to speak to and kept me up to date with all steps of getting my pension pots into one place (even if the pension companies were not as efficient) if the rest of the process continues in the same way and generates the income as advised than I will be very happy.

If at the start of the process all the relevant information and documents had been requested, certified copies ect. It would have shortened the length of time required to complete. Information was forthcoming and requests from third parties passed on but much of the required documentation could have been sorted initially, seemed to be regular delays acquiring docs (certified copies) .
A smooth enough if time consuming process.

Positive Experience
My Pension Expert staff were professional knowledgeable and respectful
They kept me regularly updated during the process of accessing my funds from my pension provider and setting up my new provision
There were delays but I was assured that My Pension Expert staff were resolving them as quickly as possible and they gave me the confidence to believe them. The eventual timescale they gave me was accurate
Their charges seem fair although I haven’t got a benchmark to compare them

I spoke with a financial adviser and…
I spoke with a financial adviser and told him what I would like to do. He gave me somethings to think about and time to go over our conversation. Emailed through different annuity quotes and took time to ensure that my requirements were met and I understood everything.
I was allocated a specific person for my account. It was good to have a point of contact via phone, email or, their App.
I had a few issues around my pension pots and My Pension Expert were on the ball with speaking to the companies involved.
I am extremely grateful for the assistance they provided me. The fee for the work was reasonable.

Financial guidance made simple!
I'm not great at financial matters and had spent some time trying to work out the best way to access my pension pot, and how.
