I was in a predicament
I was in a predicament regarding redundancy and needing to pay off my mortgage as soon as possible, together with paying-off additional debt/s. The advisors were helpful
The advisors were helpful, explained the options, and took into account my wishes. I was kept fairly well informed as to the progress of my transfer. The pension companies (Nest and Aviva) were very slow to act, 1/4 of a year to access my pension.

Not enough communications as every week we need this check for pension providers then week later need more checks and so on surely they should have found out all the checks they needed from the start because of the delays I've lost 3 months anuity since retirement.
