Excellent service. All options and steps clearly explained, and I was kept updated throughout the process. There was always someone at the end of a phone for queries if needed and all staff were a pleasure to deal with.

An excellent and very professional business.
My overall experience was one of relief that I had someone to speak to if I required assistance. Although somewhat protracted (probably due to some hesitation on my behalf) I was kept up to date on a regular basis and knew I could always pick the phone up if needed. Very professional staff, excellent support. Highly recommended.
