I got a bed on order n paying monthly n not got my bed n mattress yet as I want to pay them of be4 delivery. N now I can't make a payment to my plan .I've tried to phone n email them but no response ...Paul Lewis
I've tried to email the people who have taken over but I get bounce back messages saying not know..I justed want my money back now 😒

Orders 2 sofas last year they came but…

Orders 2 sofas last year they came but one is completely damaged I they were meant to swap them over this was last September haven't heard anything back from them yet I was unwell before Xmas but soon as I got better I've tried to contact them via phone, email, I can't get into my account on the app yet they are still taking the weekly payments dose anyone no what is going on with them

We payed 3k for flooring and blinds…

We payed 3k for flooring and blinds through this company we have not got any blinds and our flooring is bowing only 4 months after fitting.

Ridiculous they can get away with treating customers like this.

We tried so many times to contact this company to no avail.

How do we claim back all payments to these cowboys

I was lucky and received my goods

I was lucky and received my goods. However before I realised there was an issue with MPW, I tried to contact them as my flooring has issue that needs resolved. Needless to say I’m not able to get in touch with them and have contacted my bank for a refund due to having issues and will need to replace the flooring.

I sincerely hope you all get your money bank, but I would do it through your bank. They will want all your proof of contact and payments but it is relatively easy.

Very unhappy

I’ve ordered a couch December 2020 and I’ve not received it. After reading all these reviews I don’t think I will. I’ll be £1300 out of pocket if I don’t get my money back. They did stop taking payments for it a few months ago luckily but i had near enough paid it off. I’ll go to the bank tomorrow and open a claim and hope I get my money back.

I did leave a review before but I was told to remove it or my owed wages may be lost!
I along with 19 other field reps we were made redundant on the 4th Sept along with many other internal depts
I feel now I can shed some light
There was never a stock problem they lost their credit license and could no longer offer weekly payments. I was called by an ex-fitter that the fitters were told to stop fitting on the 5th and take any stock they were carrying in lieu of payments. They are currently active, they have moved ..Mr P .M was replying to my text but now has stopped?. It is not worth taking them to small claims and taking out a CCJ it no longer matters to them. Going to your bank and getting a chargeback seems to be the way.I HAD TO REMOVE NEW ADDRESS AND 2X TELE NUMBERS, I DO HAVE THESE DETAILS IF ANYONE WANTS?

I have been paying for a sofa since june last year!!, at £40pm. I myself can mot get in contact with the company to see about being refunded. Can your bank actually do anything though?? Apart from cancel the direct debit??

What a good time to go under and keep people guessing what's happening had to cancel my Christmas no carpet not a
Cosy look and no good for babies
I have bought this way before and it was easy.
All I want now is my money back has have got enough now to pay cash theye should also compensate people show some goodwill.

There is no words to explain this company i stil havnt had a penny bk 1200 i was ripped of i dont no wat to do i am 52yrs old and very ill i begged them to please gv me my money bk i had to go into debt to get my home finished my poor family i had to forget christmas i cried that much i had and have no money bk the suffering i went through

Get on phone to your banks

Get on phone to your banks! it’s been a long process but I have finally been given all money back so I can now have my floor laid in time for the baby arriving, I bank with Halifax and they have been brilliant first they sent my 6 payments back then they explained it was temporary till they tried contacting the company then they sent me the rest back today. You have to keep ringing, this is my third time but it’s all been resolved.

Lost 410 paid for new suite… no calls…

Lost 410 paid for new suite… no calls or contact from them .. disgusting… but have to say Halifax bank have been amazing after raising a claim they gave refunded me … credit to them for being so understanding and efficient.
