I love that the vultures of competitor companies are trying to make a buck off this incident. You other payroll companies should be ashamed of yourselves for soliciting business on here. You look desperate and cheapen your own brand. Ambulance chasers one and all.

It would be helpful if Michael Mann would pay his clients the money the company has STOLEN. Sell that house out in Edinburg there Mike - your clients NEED THEIR MONEY. What were you doing with their MONEY MIKE????? GIVE IT BACK!!!!

They are crooks along with cachet banq!! Theives.... they robbed thousands of working peoples payroll from their accts. Shady as hell!! Under fbi investigation. Stay clear

For anyone using this company, please be aware that you may be in trouble regarding your taxes. I have received several calls the past 2 days from numerous companies that are using them and all of them are telling me the same thing. I have seen this before and it can get ugly.

Yesterday we received an eMail notifying us due unforeseen circumstances MyPayrollHR appears to be shutting down. Lots of confusion here. We'd been with them since 2007. We are unsure what has happened to fund transfers from our corporate to their payroll trust accounts?? No one taking phone calls or responding to eMails.

Plan on notifying the State of New York Attorney General's Office.

My Payroll was reversed this morning from my bank account!!!!! No one is picking up the phones. I tried every option on their menu.

This morning we had an experience with MyPayrollHR that no company ever wants. The payroll issued and posted a week ago was reversed from our employee accounts! This evidently occurred with all their customer accounts! The explanation given for the event is even more concerning! They said a parent company account created a freeze on all payroll accounts!

I am a current client. When I started with them years ago, I would have rated them a 5. They were a top notch company. However, over the last couple of years, their service has gone down hill. They have a good product online with the payroll system easy to use, but customer service people can at times be snippy, and present an uncaring attitude. If they would go back to friendlier more engaging service people, I would give it a 5....

I have had the best experience signing up with Mypayrollhr. I was in a bind, as my previous service went bankrupt, and I was left with unpaid tax liabilities. The team at Mypayrollhr got me signed up quickly, took care of my arrears, and got me started running my payroll online.

They were able to sort our my prior taxes efficiently and timely. The staff is very kind, professional and friendly.

After a very difficult relationship with Paychex I went to MyPayrollHR and they sold me on their program. Been with them for a few months now and payroll is a breeze. My time spent doing payroll is a 1/10th of what I used to do. On top of that they saved us about $10 thousand a year. All of the people there are super friendly, prompt and very helpful. I highly recommend them.
