My pace was excellent for me, I've been waiting been for years to have a formal diagnosis and finally decided to go private. I was recommended My pace. the process was seamless, I had my appointment a couple days after with Dr.Deylami. i was very anxious about it all and she immediately put my mind at ease. I would throughly recommend them to anybody.
We have just been hung up on by My pace. This was our second attempt at treatment.
Our first consultation cost £400.
It lead us to believe we need another so we paid an additional £350.
The first attempt failed due to poor communication and forms not getting yo the consultatant.
We tired again today on a re appointment. Again the consultant didnt join.
After multiple attempted calls over 45 minutes the receptionist eventually answered and already knew our issue. When we insisted on speaking to a manager she hung up on us.
My daughter has wasted two days off work. My wife left her job twice to attend the calls.
At no point fid we swear, threaten or make unsavoury accusations. A genuinely poor unprofessional experience that has left us hundreds out of pocket
Easy to book, plenty on information on the website.
Lots of communication ahead of my booking and after which really put my mind at ease!
Would definitely recommend!
Honestly the whole process these guys give you is super clear and fast its worth it for anyone who is struggling to get an ADHD assessment id definatly recommend
Had an assessment with Dr. Haider. She listened closely to what I was saying and empathised with me when I was describing the difficulties I had experienced in my life. Being diagnosed in my 30's was a very nerve-wracking experience and she helped me feel very at ease, and prompted me when my mind went blank when trying to answer questions. Highly recommend.
My experience with MyPace has been exceptional.
I live in Wales so no RTC, I did some research and chose MyPace due to transparency of fees and reasonable overall costs as I have to self fund my treatment for the forseeable.
I’m 49 and have struggled my entire life, receiving my ADHD diagnosis was incredibly emotional and validating for me. The whole process with MyPace from initial contact to diagnosis and titration has been very swift but also thorough, and everything has been handled with real care and sensitivity.
Every query or request for help I’ve had has been dealt with quickly and compassionately. The admin team have been responsive & kind & any clinical queries have always received really thorough responses and been explained clearly.
What could have been an overwhelming process feels manageable and supportive so thank you.

Replies were quick, process was a bit confusing at first but that felt less like a MyPace issue and more of a me issue. Everyone was nice and to the point. Never had a cancellation on me.

Kamila was so professional and really made Hannah May feel relaxed and comfortable in her assessment

Rogin, who assessed me, was not only both kind and warm, but moreover highly professional. I felt that I was in very capable hands. She was clearly very experienced, and because of this, I felt at ease even when answering a plethora of specifically personal questions about myself.

MyPace did a great job of assessment; it was very thorough. But my experiences of aftercare appointments are less favourable, and I am so disappointed in the way they have handled my recent complaint - others need to know about it.
I had an appointment booked with the same Dr I always book with. He had left me a voicemail asking if we could do my scheduled appointment earlier. He asked me to respond by text to the number he was calling from, so I did. He also gave the option to email, but as no international costs were mentioned, I opted for the method that I thought he might see quicker, out of politeness. This turned out to be an international number, because he was in India. I was charged for this international text, which took my phone bill over the agreed-upon amount by £1.56. It's not a lot of money, but I wanted them to acknowledge that this cost I incurred shouldn't have happened without at least being forewarned that I was sending a text I'd be charged for.
When I reached out to MyPace about this, along with evidence of both his instructions and my phone bill, they left me waiting for weeks before telling me they wouldn't be refunding the money. The blunt, unhelpful response that I received was, 'Good afternoon. My Manager has reviewed and advised that we will not be refunding your phone bill amount for you. Best wishes, Belle Jackson.' No explanation of how this decision was reached, no 'sorry you weren't told about the charge', and no mention of how to make an official complaint.
MyPace have responded to this Trustpilot review, refuting my account, saying this wasn't logged as a complaint through their complaints procedure. Trying to excuse their poor customer service in a Trustpilot response by saying this wasn't logged as an official complaint is such a cop out, and their reliance on a technicality reveals a lot about their integrity. Perhaps I wouldn't have left this review if they'd treated me with a bit more courtesy?
Communication errors happen, and I understand that the doctor probably just forgot to mention that it's best to email him to avoid being charged, but MyPace doubling down on their position is what is unacceptable.
Tellingly, they said a lot more in their response to this review on Trustpilot than to me directly. It seems they are more interested in the company image than in communicating directly with patients with valid concerns.
When I'm dealing with a UK-based company, why would it be reasonable to expect to be charged for an international text message when simply following the instructions from the doctor? It's unbelievably unprofessional and dodgy. I wish I weren't under their care after this.
When a company is this uninterested in putting right something that is actually quite minor and would make no real difference to the huge amount of money they bring in, it says a lot about them and the way they view their patients. I'm just another person on the conveyor belt to them, being milked for every drop of profit, for services I have no choice but to pay them for.

Prompt emails confirming my appointment. Easy to book, lots of options including weekends and an easy platform to join for the video consultation. Didn't feel rushed, felt listened to and understood. Was a comprehensive and great process that did allow me to reflect on certain things I wouldn't have thought had an impact on my situation.
Price was as expected and honestly, after having my Right to Choose assessment with another company cancelled days before, I was happy to pay Mypace.

The NHS wait times were super long for an ADHD diagnosis. I had my diagnosis in less than a week. Adam fletcher made my process so easy. He is understanding, listens and you feel supported. I cried when he told me. Brilliant team cannot recommend enough.

Dr Ahmad was professional and took the time to listen properly. The assessment was detailed; it covered childhood patterns, current symptoms, and the functional impact on my daily life.
He diagnosed me with Inattentive ADHD and explained treatment options clearly. The titration team will be in touch within a week.
After 42 years of struggling and not understanding why, it's a relief to have answers. The process was straightforward from booking to diagnosis. Would highly recommend it if you're considering an assessment.

I seen Dr Roshan at short notice about my potential ADHD diagnosis. (Positive) I was very thankful to finally hear this. I found Dr Roshan to be very thorough and went indepth to my background and history to reach the diagnosis. Further to this he considered all previous medical history before coming to a treatment outcome. I found the process from start to finish almost stress free, I would recommend my pace to anyone looking for an affordable diagnosis and professional service.

Only done the diagnostic part and just booked for the treatment consultation, but so far it's been great. Got an appointment like 4 days in advance & just had to pay and fill out some written questionnaires. (And get someone else to fill in the questionnaire based on their observations of you -- but not sure if this bit was strictly necessary.)
Doctor verbally diagnosed me at the end of the meeting and written report for GP arrived after about a week. I just managed to book a treatment consultation, after which I believe I can pay for a prescription, 5 days in the future.
