2.0 is a downgrade - but customer service is second to none!
I have used myoovi V1 for years and I have absolutely loved it. I was looking forward to the upgraded version and addition of heat settings, but was so disappointed that the beep sounds had been added. This device was so valuable to me as I could wear it discreetly whilst working, but the addition of the sounds means that is just not possible anymore.
Also did not love the new timer and random vibration settings at all.
I cannot fault the customer service team though - they are friendly, helpful, and made the returns process so straightforward. Thank you. I hope to return to myoovi in future if some changes are made for the next version

Not a magic solution
I'm a little disappointed by Myoovi and feel, for the money it cost, it should have been better than it is. The TENS settings are random, it claims to have many but I'll be honest I think each 'setting' is just random pulsing with no pattern. The heat element is nice but times out after 30 minutes and goes off and every time you press a button it beeps which is not ideal if you were hoping to wear it to the office. I did enquire for a refund but because I'd thrown away the cardboard box I was only offered 70% of what I'd paid because "This helps us verify the item’s authenticity" which I think seemed unfair and I don't think relying on the cardboard box is a reliable way to tell if a device is authentic.
Personally it hasn't cured my pain, it's a slight distraction but due to the beeps I can't wear it in work so it's not 100% helpful.
Advice to those thinking of purchasing would be to try a cheaper one. I have used TENS before and I don't think you need to pay £80.

Myoovi - teenage daughter uses
My teenage daughter has suffered with pain from her periods since she started at age 10. Finding this product and her using it for approx a year now has helped her significantly. She still has to take painkillers due to the severity of the pain, but before school and once home from school, uses her myoovi and it helps the pain subside.
Not good for severe pain
I have adenomyosis and fibroids and it does not work for that level of pain. The new butterfly pads are lower quality than before. Customer service is generally good but it annoys me how a man is profiting off our pain. Period pain is not normal you probably have endo or adeno. I also hate all the anti-meds rhetoric on their website. Their supplements are also overpriced.

Allows my daughter to manage her period pain. Great
Myoovi has become the first step in my daughter’s period pain management. Painkillers still play a part but she feels much more in control. A huge relief and a great device.
Customer service is second to none.
Today I placed an order for my other half. This is the second product I have bought from Myoovie. The first one worked for period pain INSTANTLY giving my other half relief like she hadn’t felt before. It has been years now and has since stopped working. It was time for a new one. I ordered the version 2 today only to accidentally order it to my old house! I emailed the support team instantly and Kim responded telling me that the delivery details had been updated. Today is Boxing Day. While all others have a day off Kim is there working hard to get our orders correct. Thank you so much Kim. And thank you for helping so many women relieve the pain they experience far too much while us men have nothing to worry about. I highly recommend this product as it has improved my other half’s way of life drastically.
The Myoovi 2.0 is a downgrade
I've now tried both version of the Myoovi device, and although the new heat benefits of the Myoovi 2.0 are fantastic, the battery life, how long the pads last and how discreet the device is compared to the older model has left me really disappointed. The device automatically turns off its self after around half an hour of using it (even when not using the heat function) and as a sufferer of endometriosis, having to turn it back on every 30 minutes isn't ideal. The design itself is nice to look at, but it's quite a bit bulkier than the last model, meaning it's noticeable under clothes and the worst part of it all, it now makes noise. It beeps when you turn it on, it beeps when you adjust the settings, it beeps when it turns off and it beeps 3 times every couple of seconds when the battery is low. It's really indiscreet and personally, I've experienced being in university lectures when the whole room is silent and the device has started making noise, having everyone's attention drawn to me for using a medical device that's advertised as being discreet was extremely embarrassing. I was so excited to get this new version, but now around a month after using I'm regretting the "upgrade" all together.

Honestly really disappointed in the mark 2.0
Honestly really disappointed in this new MyOovi
I loved the mark one. The battery was awesome, around 8 hours, the settings were good and constant, quick to charge, no time out
I lost it on holiday and so have bought a new one. I do need it, I have adenomyosis and it helps, but I'm disappointed.
The settings have been updated, it's no longer a consistent pulse type. There are short pulses, then long pulses, in the same setting. It makes it much more difficult to ignore the machine and carry one with my day: I have ADHD and autism so the changing settings are really prevalent and distracting from my focus. The new pads are thicker and more substantial which is good, but I'm concerned about the quoted battery life of 3 hours. Also it beeps when you change the settings or intensity. For a private medical devise, that I could update whilst in a meeting, now beeps, and is no longer subtle.
The time out aspect makes it almost useless for day out use, when to turn it back on you have to put your hand down your trousers and make it beep to turn it back on
I would not recommend this device to women with period pain. I am really disappointed in the changes they made and I feel they've made it worse, whilst making it more expensive.

2.0 not worth it!
I have been a Myoovi user for over a year. As a sufferer of Endo - this little device has been a life saver for me. So when the new Myoovi 2.0 was launched i was excited! Heat plus Tens technology- sign me up! This will save me having to also carry a hot water bottle. Having tried the 2.0 for over a week, I am a little bit disappointed to be honest. While the intensity of the pulses are greatly improved from the original and feel like a massage, there is no "heat" whatsoever!! It is also a little bulkier so not as discreet as the the original. The sticky pad is also more rigid and can be uncomfortable. 2.0 has been a flop for me.

The best as always.
The best as always.
Ive my oovi device one for a good few years now and as an endometriosis sufferer it has become my most reliable source of pain relief no exaggeration it’s been a life saver. My only dislike was fiddly buttons when changing pad and I always had to use another product alongside for heat. Then came along device 2 and my god it’s like the angels listened to me for shatters it’s blue my favourite colour and it’s amazing still the same as device one tens is great for pain relief but now adds a little heat too, too be honest there isn’t much heat but it’s enough. The new pads have magnets so changing is so much easier. Highly recommend to all endo girls

Fantastic
After not being able to move due to period pain. This gives me enough relief to actually be able to function on my period! Totally worth it 🥰

One for the Adenomyosis sufferers… the relief is instant.
I was diagnosed with Adenomyosis, often called the evil twin of Endometriosis. My periods last 7 to 10 days and are absolute agony. Before I was diagnosed, I bought this because I was willing to try anything to help with what I thought were just painful periods. I was diagnosed about six months ago and recently had the coil fitted, hoping to be one of the 33% who find relief from it. Unfortunately, the pain since the fitting has been a 10 out of 10 for the past four days, and today has been unbearable. After throwing up from the painkillers, I decided to take this out of my drawer, and the relief was instant. I love this device and recommend it to anyone suffering with Adenomyosis. Thank you Myoovi.

Awful costumer service. Product only works a few months
After working moderately well for the first few months it stopped working abruptly. I have contacted Myoovi repetitively and they only replied after over 6 months from my initial email. They stated the product was no longer under warranty and offering no other advice.
They provided themselves proof that I did contact them previously and admitted that sometimes their email goes in the spam. Yet they refuse to even try to attempt any fix at all.

Seems dodgy, best avoided
I have been contacting this company over a number of weeks to try and ascertain the evidence base for the inclusion of milk thistle in their endometriosis supplement. My understanding is that milk thistle has oestrogenic effects and can potentially worsen symptoms of oestrogen driven diseases including endometriosis. There does not appear to be any strong evidence in support of its inclusion and I would have hoped that the company would be able to provide the evidence on which they must have relied rather than simply ignoring all my emails!

Big disappointment! Huge!
Big disappointment. In fact, a huge disappointment! AVOID MYOOVI.
I’ve been a customer for 18 months - pads bought every month. I’ve given this company around *£300 since being a customer. Then, when I reach out for help, they show nothing but contempt!
Awful!!!
(*total spent on device and replacement pads)
I had my device for 18 months and it has now died.
I’m aware of the company’s one-year warranty policy; however, I contacted their customer service department to see if my device could be fixed. After a couple of reply emails - written in a rather condescending tone - asking me to try charging it with different cables and see if that fixed the problem, I reiterated that I had already tried many (let’s face it, we all have loads of charging cables these days) and that it wasn’t an issue with charging. The device itself simply no longer works.
During my contact with customer service, I actually received an email from “the great” Dr Adam Hamdi himself, letting me know that I had a 10% off voucher that needed using ‘asap’!
So I took the opportunity to ask him about the issues with my device.
Once again, after some PR guff, they reminded me that my device was out of warranty.
We are women with Endometriosis - not Alzheimer’s; you’d think the “good Doctor” would recognise his clientele!
Now here comes the absolute biggest laugh of them all - after their drivel of semantics, they wanted me to know that I am a “valued customer”. Pfft! (If this is how they treat “valued”, I dread to think how they treat “unvalued” customers.)
They then said they would be “willing” to offer me a ‘special’ £10 discount on buying a new device with them!
Absolutely ridiculous.
Because sure, yes - of course I’m going to throw more money at a company that treats long-term customers with contempt. They can’t even keep replacement pads in stock! Just give it up, Dr Adam Hamdi - this clearly isn’t your forte, is it‽
Never again!

Best money I ever spent
Best money I ever spent. Takes my severe period pains down to a manageable level. Battery lasts all day long, I’ve had it for nearly a year and still on the same sticky pad. No glue on the sticky pads, just a clingy gel so no skin irritation. Highly recommend
Myoovi seem to have no devices to sell..
I have been trying to buy a Myoovi for about 6 months and every time I try, no stock has been available. Does this thing even exist? You have customers waiting out here to give you money! Why don't you sell your units?? OK, maybe supply issues, bu1t if you can't supply, why do you keep saying they are for sale? Really, really disappointed.

Total game changer
Total game changer! I was able to go out and actually get things done on my worst days which is practically unheard of. Absolutely love the portability and how easy it is to use! I truly recommend this product.
I got the Myoovi for my sister, it’s great!
I got the Myoovi as a gift for my sister who has endometriosis and struggles with period cramps. She said it has totally changed her life and is really easy to wear underneath her clothes if she needs to wear it at work. Love this product!
