Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. Delivery took far longer than advertised, while the tracking information and order status did not appear to reflect what was actually happening with the shipment.
After the advertised delivery period had passed, I contacted the company asking to cancel the order and receive a refund. I received no response.
Eventually, I received completely different, unbranded children’s supplements instead of the branded product I ordered. The product has no identifiable brand, no barcode/UPC and no clear manufacturer information.
Even after reporting the wrong product and requesting a refund, the company did not respond. The order status also continued to show the shipment as still on its way despite a parcel having already been delivered.
I would not order from this company again.
