I recently had dental work carried out with My Nova and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. The quality of their work was excellent, and it’s clear they take real pride in what they do.

Vedhan (my main contact & Liason) with the whole team were extremely professional throughout, while also being genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I was at ease at every stage.

Overall, the level of service provided was truly exceptional. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone considering dental work. You’ll be in very capable hands.

Well I’m on my last day of 4 visits to Mynova in Izmer. My co-ordinator is Irem.
So it’s been an experience. My first trip out was to a dental clinic in Istanbul. When I left there I was not happy. So when Mynova where visiting Dublin I took the chance to meet them for a second opinion. They agreed with my concerns and I agreed to let them take over my treatment.
Hotels and transfers where all looked after. Hotels are ok. I’ve been in two different ones. Transfers are in nice small buses, blacked out windows and drivers that are sound. You feel like a VIP.
Irem was amazing, communicating at all hours, answering all my questions, even the stupid ones. She recommended bars shops etc. and was always in the clinic to great you with her lovely smile and reassurances. Again any questions asked she went and got the answers.
My dentist was amazing. Gentle hands and strong when need. To see her smile under her mask when she is finished the job and see the pride she takes in getting the best results made my day.
And a shout out to all the other staff from the receptionist to the assistants , x-ray staff and even the ones who inject the Anesthetic
( I hate needles) . They always smiled and again all had the gentle touch.
I highly recommend Mynova, not just for me , but I watched them with other customers and chatted to others there. Everyone was very happy with the attention they were getting.
They are a great team, all of them.
I genuinely will miss my visits here ( but might go back for a checkup in a year or two.
A huge thank you to Irem and my dentist ( I can’t spell her name, sorry. ) You were just super and I could not have asked for better. It’s was a pleasure to be put into your very capable hands. Thank you for putting a smile in my mouth and a bigger smile on my face.

I had an amazing experience with My Nova Clinic, my rep Imelda was top class she organised everything from start to finish. She was there every step of the process, which put me at ease. Would highly recommend them fantastic service and quality and would make it 6 stars if I could as they went that extra mile!

Just back from the first part of my treatment at My Nova , Kusadasi . From first point of contact many months ago , my co-ordinator Imelda has been quite simply amazing . If you are a nervous patient like I was , you really appreciate the chats before the surgery and the support throughout your visits . I found all the staff to be professional and courteous to me. As someone who dreaded root canals previously , they just seemed to go a lot smoother over here . I’m pain free , despite dental implant work , sinus lifts and bridge placements less than a week ago . This makes me so happy as i had a couple of issues that were causing me pain before the treatment. Also my smile looks amazing , only half way through the work . So be brave and don’t hesitate , you won’t regret it ❤️

Back in my Nova for a check up and yet again professional friendly service . Had my check up with Dr. Omer i couldnt recomend him & My Nova enough for treatment & aftercare its exceptional. Huge thanks again to our Irish representative Imelda for once again organising everything

If there was an option for 6 stars then that's what My Nova Kusadasa would get from me.
I was extremely anxious before going over. The moment you walk through the door and see the immaculate state of the art facility and meet the staff you know you are in good hands.
Imelda went above and beyond to organise everything for us and make us feel at home. Literally all we had left to do was turn up.
The staff are fantastic and very friendly and that makes for a very positive vibe throughout the building.
My doctor Cansu was amazing. She gave great advice,was patient and kind and really put me at ease. Her attention to detail was 1st class and that really shows in the end results.
It's refreshing, especially today to find people that make time and take such pride in their work.
My experience over the 2 visits has been amazing start to finish.
My Nova Kusadasi has given me a smile that exceeded my expectations. More importantly they have given me a new confidence that's here to stay.
I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

From the start to the finish of my treatment every single member of staff was kind, patient and answered all questions. I was not rushed and they listened to all my concerns.
The premises is spotless and state of the art. The prices are really good. I would never have been able to afford the treatment I had in the UK.
My special special thanks and appreciation goes to Imelda and Cansu. They are 2 amazing ladies and I couldn’t have got through this without them❤️

My experience was great here, imelda looked after me during my stay assisting me with transfers to and from airport and back and forth from the hotel and clinic. Definitely recommend this experience as I've gained more confidence in my smile.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. 5 star service and 5 star staff. Thanks to their hard work I have regained my self- confidence which I had been sorly lacking for many years.

Hi I am a single mom and I am having trouble getting a hold of the staff at nova dental. I had to just go somewhere else because I couldnt get what I needed done with AI. It was a multiple phone calls and getting nowhere and not even a phone call back. Not worth the headache. The person who did work on my teeth were so nervous that it made me uncomfortable...

Just been in for my first stage and to say I'm happy is an understatement. All was very well from beginning to end, despite my nerves and fear of the dentist. Imelda sorted everything and explained everything and made the whole trip as easy and relaxing as possible, would highly recommend and will be back soon.

My experience from last year to this 2026 hasn't changed the only feedback I would give it for the doctors to be more compassnate when a patient is on there own own in a foreign country and in pain. My smile looks incredible and I would recommend the clinic to other people who are thinking about improving their smile.

I came last year now via a 3rd party company to fix issues left by another dentist, unfortunately still had to pay out nearly 2k with travel and hotel.

I had my teeth changed which they did a brilliant job and I had a lovely dentist. The teeth are lovely. My issue is I’m still having issues underneath just because the teeth are lovely doesn’t mean your oral health is great this affects my daily life. I have been told I can come back again directly to mynova as I won’t use 3rd party again as they have ignored me for months and won’t refund me, but to come back is at yet another extreme cost to myself and will be my 4th time fixing teeth how much more can one endure? No warranty protection from either company. Such a shame as my experience was better here at my nova but after care I’m clueless. Please do research on travelling for teeth.
