The company has great communication skills and the agents / workers are very helpful.

The team is very responsive and quick to address the issue. They also answered my queries with easy to understand explanations.

Team escalation Manager came back to me concerning a refund that was due to me last year, I'm very thankful and I hope I'll get my refund soon.

I had a great experience with diamond.he help me very quickly and I didn't have any problem communicating with him.

Had a comms problem, which was promptly addressed and corrected. To me this showed a good sense of looking after the customer.

Great communication from Emily and issue addressed by refund.

Hi,

Pls return the full amount including membership fee i was deducted with. Total is Qr 258. I was deducted twice with a big amount whilst I am not using your service at all. I dont even know why i am subscribed as i was only planning to order dubai chocolate. When i was asked for a bank account I honetly thought that what i was paying is for the delivery of the chocalate.

Suddenly, my account was deducted a total of qr 258.12 from nov 11-15 and i havent even used any of your service. This is absolutely ridiculous and i am very dissatisfied with the agent whom i spoke to the first time because i already ask him or her to cancel when i was deducted qr 102.47 on nov 13 then 2 days after my account was deducted for another 106.61.

How would your website compensate for all the deductions when i havent even use any of your services? Qr 258.12 is a big amount and could have been used to buy things for my family and yet it was just taken from me.
