Outstanding service definitely recommend
Do not sell through this website. We are still waiting for payment after selling bike over 2 months ago. No phone number to contact.
Was given payment date but money has not arrived. We are taking this matter further.
Easy to use. Felt safe and secure platform. No issues with money when you turn up and above all got a great bike from lovely people
I had mixed experiences with My Next Bike.
The positive side is that creating the advert was straightforward and easy to use. I received a few unrealistic offers initially, but eventually accepted an offer and sold my bike on 4 June 2026. The courier collected the bike on 11 June and it was delivered to the buyer on 16 June.
My main issue is with the payment process. The terms state that payment can take up to 30 days after the buyer receives the bike. Personally, I find this excessive. It effectively means the buyer can be using and enjoying the bike for a month before the seller receives any money. In today's world of fast electronic payments, this feels unnecessarily long and puts all the risk and inconvenience on the seller.
After waiting until 5 July, I contacted customer services to ask when I could expect payment. They replied the following day and assured me the money would be in my account no later than 6pm on 16 July. Unfortunately, the payment did not arrive as promised.
As there is no telephone number available, I had to continue communicating via messages. When I queried the missing payment, I was told the delay was probably with my bank. After contacting my bank directly, they confirmed there was no pending BACS payment and no issue at their end. I then informed My Next Bike of this and expressed my concern that I was being fobbed off.
The following day I received another apology and was told the matter had been escalated. The payment finally arrived later that day, on 18 July.
While I did eventually receive my money, the overall process took far too long and the communication around the delayed payment was disappointing. Promising a specific payment date and time and then failing to deliver, followed by suggesting the problem was with my bank when it clearly wasn't, damaged my confidence in the service.
The selling process itself was easy, but the lengthy payment times and poor handling of the delay mean I would think carefully before using the platform again.

I bought a used bike through the site, a Trek Conduit that you hardly ever see for sale in extra large frame size. Unfortunately, the seller found out that he had made a mistake when doing the listing and the bike was actually a large! The MyNextBike staff couldn't have been more helpful though. I sent them an email to tell them about the problem and they started processing my refund the very next day. In all, it took about a week for the money to be back in my bank account, which is a bit slower than I would have liked but they stayed in touch with me during that time and reassured me that my money would be returned, and it was. I'm a bit disappointed not to have the XL bike I wanted but I would buy through this site again.
Great experience payment made promptly and good communication from buyer and my next bike very helpful would highly recommend
Easy to use, just upload pictures and description. Bike sold very quickly. Great comms with the company to resolve a few minor queries. Payment received on time. Would happily use again.
I sold my e-bike through MyNextBike, I advertised it, went through the verification which took less than a day so then the advert went live, I got an offer after 2 days which I declined, then 2 interested parties, I accepted an offer the next day, the buyer then got sent a payment link and I was notified when they had paid, I was able to communicate with the buyer through the messaging function on the platform which works very well, I then got asked to give a few dates for the courier company to collect the bike, the bike was collected on the first available date and I was given a 3 hour window, the courier turned up straight away at the earliest point in the window, the courier was friendly, took pictures of the bike then left, the bike was then delivered the next day to the buyer, the buyer confirmed to me that he was very happy with the bike and I received the full amount of money the next day by 6pm! All in all a very pleasant experience, seamless and certainly a lot more secure than using generic online marketplaces, I was even shown a price guide for the valuation of my bike which surprisingly was more than I thought. Throughout the process I was assisted by Matthew from MyNextBike and I couldn’t fault his service whatsoever, highly recommend, I will only sell future bikes through MyNextBike.
I had a fantastic experience with Harry at My Next Bike. He sold my bike for me and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions and queries, no matter how small, and made sure I was confident with everything.
Harry was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. His customer service was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
I would highly recommend Harry to anyone looking to buy and sell a bike. Thank you again for all your help!
I listed my bike on MyNextBike in late June without expecting much response or many offers. The listing process itself was very simple and straightforward.
To my surprise, I received an offer within just a couple days. Unfortunately that one didn’t work out as the buyer changed their mind before collection. However, once the listing reopened I got another offer soon after.
Everything went smoothly from there. The buyer opted for collection in person and collected the bike on the agreed date. The MyNextBike team responded to every email query promptly and courteously throughout.
Payment does take 30 days to reach you, but this was made clear upfront so there were no surprises.
Overall I’ve been very impressed and would highly recommend MyNextBike.
Reading the reviews on Trustpilot before selling my bike with MyNextBike put my mind at ease.
It's easy to assume there's a scam involved when you sell your bike and have to wait around 30 days to receive your money.
My experience with MyNextBike was exactly as they described from the outset! I put up an advert which was very simple and the help to value your bike was great! The bike sold within hours and promptly followed by correspondence to arrange collection with their trusted courier. The couriers were brilliant and couldn't fault them at all. I was able to track the progress of the courier up until the bike was delivered to its new owner.
The service clearly states that for first time sellers, the funds will become available 30 days after the new keeper has had the bike for 48 hours to ensure they're happy with it.
30 days later I requested my payment, I was sent a form to provide my bank details and an hour later it was in my account.
Is it daunting sending off your bike and trusting a company will stick to their word and give you the money when the release period has elapsed? Of course it is! However, for a growing company I think they done a great job and can see them being the household name for selling bikes online in the future!
Overall I'm very happy with the service and would have no issue using MyNextBike in the future!
Thank you to everyone involved in the process 😎
A excellent experience from start to finish and the staff are also excellent
Very efficient service, excellent communication, had numerous offers so website is obviously popular with buyers.Bike sold, collection organised by 'my next bike',bike collected quickly and efficiently.
Sold my bike quite quickly. The success of the site is shown by the fact that the purchaser paid more for the bike than I had advertised on EBay. The collection was smooth with updates on progress. It’s a shame that there were no updates between the time the buyer received the bike and the payout. This has been mentioned by other reviewers and I hope the MyNextBike will improve this, to make the post-sale element as good as the bike listing.
The complete process has been faultless.
Picture of bike gave a very good valuation that matched my estimate.
Mynextbike did the rest I only had to have bike ready for collection.
I accepted the terms that it could take up to 30days once buyer accepted to receive my payment but corresponding with staff and providing evidence of purchase meant payment was made much sooner. This operation is stress free and simple to use. Fully recommend Mynextbike for easy sale or purchase of great bikes.
Great way to sell a bike, was sold in a few days with zero hassle will definitely use these guys again.
All quite seamless. Sold within a fortnight albeit at a price less than I expected. To be fair I also advertised on Gumtree but had no responses worth mentioning. Bringing the bike to a national market was a big factor in completing the sale. The pick up was exactly as planned. Thought the lead up period to receiving the cash was longer than I'd hoped. Having said that 30 days was the timescale I was told to expect and settlement was some 25 days. I was also reassured by the regular updates by email. Happy to recommend the site to anyone considering selling an e bike.
Process for advertising was quick and easy. Bike sold very quickly. The time waiting for payment was quite long, but this was explained on the website. When I did enquire when I would receive payment, as it was approaching the 30 day payout deadline, this was dealt with very quickly by Matt and I received my payment the same day. Might be useful for the system to provide an email update to sellers about expected payment date ahead of payment being made.
