Hi Amanda, the model you have clearly mentions G-TX after the model number. G-TX refers to Goretex. I request you to please check the product again.
So the product you have been sold is the correct one. Your comment is therefore factually incorrect and misleading.

Not realising LTA’s Covid 19 policy I wanted to replace my tennis racquet with a similar quality, grip size and weight and the sports shop assistant helped select a suitable model . The price was more than I wanted to pay but was advised about the new racquet material to justify my purchase .
A very strange payment method resulted in me walking out without a receipt , to be later emailed on line ?

The service was timely
The service was timely, quick and efficient. We purchased various items of school uniform which was of good quality and reasonably priced. I haven’t given 5 stars as there was one item that we did not want but was added to our purchases. Overall experience was good.

I am sorry, but an email was sent to your registered email ID, because the order was received in error with a Jersey shipping address. Our Free Shipping Policy excludes shipping to Jersey and Scottish Highlands.
It is quite possible that our mail has gone into your Junk mail box. We do normally try to call some customers, but due to COVID-19, it is quite possible that we lapsed in calling you. And we apologise for that.
Since we did not get a response to our email, we quickly refunded the amount, so you didn’t have to wait long for a refund.
We are always here to help our customers and would not like to jeopardise the trust that you have in our service.
But if you do have an alternate address that is other than Jersey and Scottish Highlands, we are more than happy to ship it out free.
