yuck.

sadly this is where my office buy the free food stuff for the office. I opened one of those triple balls cashew strawberry today. this is disgusting. it s only sugar and taste like an old candy. I thought it was out of date, but no, it's apparently the way it is supposed to be. I wish my company was not so fancy and would buy the normal chocolate bars instead of overpriced not even good bio stuff.

They scam people with points they delete

They updated there website and deleted all points. Please dont buy products from here. The contact service is very bad and you only get from mailing contact in 3 days with people without knowledge. I got like over 10.000 points. My whole account is now 50 points. More and more people will write reviews about this company.

Just a Trap – Low Quality & Deceptive Marketing!

Huge Disappointment – Deceptive Marketing and Low-Quality Muesli & Porridge
What a huge and bitter disappointment! I had high expectations, but the reality was far from what I imagined.

I recently discovered MyMuesli.nl (likely a German company), and in my personal opinion, it is nothing more than a scam hidden behind deceptive marketing.

After placing my first order and testing their products, I deeply regret falling for their misleading advertising.

Here’s why:
Poor Quality Ingredients – The dried fruits are extremely sour and have a burnt taste, suggesting they are not naturally dried.

Unpleasant Texture – The dried fruits are left whole, seemingly to fill up space in the container, making them rubbery and difficult to eat—even after soaking them in liquid. I expected fruit flakes that would mix well with the rest, but instead, I received huge chunks that ruined the experience.

Overpriced and Not Worth It – I paid 50 euros for just three bottles of muesli (less than 1.5kg total), which is an absolute rip-off! The quality does not justify the price in any way.

Fake "Gifts" with Cheap, Sugary Muesli – They claimed to offer me free products as a "gift," but these turned out to be low-quality, sugar-filled muesli that I wouldn’t even feed my children.

Misleading Product Presentation – The website's images and descriptions are completely different from what you actually receive. A classic case of false advertising.

Slow Shipping & Order Issues – The order processing was unnecessarily slow, and I don’t even feel like I received exactly what I ordered!

As a consumer, I feel cheated and deceived. I regret falling for their trap with so-called "free gifts" and discount vouchers.

This was my first and definitely my last purchase from MyMuesli.nl.
If you care about quality and honesty, avoid this company at all costs!

They don’t send my gratis cup

I created my order with a gratis cup. And also use my company code because I can and there was no sign about using two promotion is forbidden. When I got my order there was no cup. They added the new gratis muesli instead of cup. When I reached the customer service she said “I can’t use two promotion at the same time and they just cancel my gratis cup.” But instead they add another gratis so apparently two promotion isn’t the problem. They just promote their brand with the cup and don’t sent it. I want either my cup or a full refund

I'm about to place my 10th order with…

I'm about to place my 10th order with MyMuesli for several kilograms of their delicious products. For a year now, their muesli has been a "must" at my family's breakfast table. The variety of flavors and outstanding quality are impressive. In terms of delivery, it's generally prompt in Austria, typically taking 2-3 days post-order. There was one instance where it took just over a week, but the customer service team was excellent and provided a discount for the next order for the inconvenience, even if I did not expect that. Just asked if the order was properly placed. MyMuesli has truly become a part of our lives, and I'm grateful for that.

One suggestion I have is to enhance the tracking system for order preparation before dispatch. It would be beneficial for customers who like to stay informed about the status of their orders. Nonetheless, I am genuinely satisfied with your service and look forward to continuing our relationship.

Best muesli ever!!!

Supremely delicious & impeccably healthy at the same time! mymuesli never disappoints! Always delivered on time, nicely packaged. There are so many accompanying items sold which makes the shopping more pleasurable!!! There are varieties to fulfill the desire of all kind of tastes! They continue publishing attractive & indulging offers which is hard to overlook! We are super happy with the experience so far & looking forward to place orders more frequently from now on !!!

Incapable to deliver

I have been waiting for my muesli for two weeks now. One week ago I received the standard sob story email about how they are a family business and they cannot deal with the orders at the moment. Perhaps they should then rethink their business model and stop advertising everywhere and anywhere when they cannot deal with orders as a result. Needless to say, I will not be ordering again

My first time ordering from them and I…

My first time ordering from them and I know that I won’t order again, so this is the first and last time.
Ordered on May 22, 2023 and nothing received yet till today June 8th, 2023.
Have contacted them for cancellation and amazingly I was told it has been sent out already and can’t cancel the order anymore.
I’ve never ever had problems with online shoppinh before, thanks to mymuesli I’ve gained another experience.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship as quickly as we, and our customers, would like.
We have received more orders than expected, an IT changeover has led to additional problems and there have also been many absences due to illness. Of course, it is also our expectation that we can handle something like this, but we also make mistakes and can only apologize for that and do our best to get the packages shipped as soon as possible.

I am happy they are really tasty…

I am happy they are really tasty usually i hate musli but from this company for some reason i can eat it cause is crispy and has some flakes of chocolate well balanced.mixed?at leas the 2 a tried i dont jnow for the rest.i dont know why but is really good.delivery was in few days in netherlands and i got as present some storage cups.

chocolate is not great

chocolate is not great! Paying 3 times the cost for some muesli compared to the ones in the supermarket , the taste is not at that level. some are good but cannot be bought on monthly basis, may be once in a year for a change.

Of course, this also means higher purchase prices :) You can also buy products with a shorter best before date through our food saver. So you save money and do something good <3
