I am very happy with Ravina - we gel and feel comfortable with each other

I have seen a lot of psychologists however have never felt more heard than I did during my session this week

Absolutely have loved my experience with My Mirror. All the staff I have dealt with are fantastic and I was matched with such a wonderful psychologist who is helping me with some workplace issues following an assault at work. Would highly recommend this company and group of great people working there.

I like my Psychologist, helping me change my mindset and giving me the courage to take on being uncomfortable.
The system could be better like a mirror app?

This is the second time I have used this service within a few years and have been incredibly happy with the service. From the ease of booking an appointment, selecting a psychologist suitable to me and the availability of appointments. The compassion, tools and understanding and experience has been excellent.

I feel being able to look through psychologists is helpful, esp if u can get immediate sense of this person feels safe

Too many emails and text messages when i have unsubscribed a million times. No way to turn off notifications no matter what you do. For a company that is meant to provide mental health support access, surely this is a no brainer not to harass people repeatedly.

The therapist i chose was really understanding and easy to talk to

Excellent service - choosing my 'fit' in psychologist was a bonus. Even though my psychologist was in another state, we managed with the time zone differences.

The amazing psychologist . She listens, talks through my issues very understanding and most of all makes me smile and I feel so much better talking to her . I feel I have achieved my goals thank you so much

The website made it easy to find a therapist suitable to my needs. She has been great and I’m happy to have sessions in the comfort of my own home. It’s nice to be in your safe space when talking about difficult topics.

My Psychologist has been good, validating my emotions and supporting me to share and understand how to cope with these strong feelings. The company initially didn’t send through email for my first session but it was worked through quickly and has been great since. I like how I can visually see my session notes and results from the weekly questionnaires to see how my anxiety, stress and depression change over time.

Ally has been such a terrific help in my struggle and through her advice and guidance I have been able to recognize my inner strength again

A brilliant service allowing you to choose who you connect with by a brief description of preferred methods and topics to cover or have the ability to change if the clinician doesn't suit. I was pleased to connect easily and well to find great support when in need.

Mark was very accommodating and we felt very comfortable. He gave us fabulous advice and we made a huge change in how we communicated with each other. This was the difference to repair our issues.

Very encouraging and informative

Had an appointment booked in. Changed my phone number so I couldn't log in to attend the session. Sent emails and messages explaining the issue and didn't have anyone respond in time. It was counted as a missed appointment and charged $100AUD. Finally got a response from support and they said it's my fault for not notifying them sooner (notified the moment I changed my number) Still receiving emails for an overdue account for this and no recognition or response to my reason why.

I like how they match you to a psychologist based on your individual needs. The psych I'm working with is very knowledgeable and I like that she is trying something different to what I have done before, also she is very responsive to messages. The online system is easy to use
