This could be such a great product if the service was as good as well.
The company offers a downloadable voucher to give as a gift. It is non-decript and very boring voucher. The receiver would not really know what it was meant for. Thus, difficult to give as a gift.
I had looked at the price of the lunch box I had in mind. €12.99. The only option was to buy a voucher for €15.00. So I did that. And what happened next - my son designed his own lunch box (from Santa Claus) and had to ask me to come and pay extra with my card as the postage was not covered.
This is not marketing savvy!
This is a lovely product - just the rest needs to be tweaked!

Heel vervelend dat je niet tevreden bent. De cadeaubon is er in verschillende waarden, 10, 15 en 25 euro en aangezien alle producten andere prijzen hebben, hebben we voor ronde bedragen gekozen! Helaas passen onze producten niet door de brievenbus en zijn zijn we genoodzaakt om onder de 30 euro € 5,50 verzendkosten te berekenen.
Ik hoop wel dat je zoon veel plezier aan zijn trommel zal beleven.

Cup was very nive printed, I hope it survices the dishwasher...

Veel plezier ermee. We raden wel aan om voor het behoud van de print het item niet in de vaatwasser te stoppen maar met de hand af te wassen!
