The ordering process was smooth, website is stunning and easy to navigate. After ordering I received confirmation quickly. Only down point was the tracking website was all in French so I had to translate the different stages when checking but overall good experience

I buy a Reverie journal every year, but this year my Mum and I are buying one for each other for the holidays, and as always the quality is superb! Delivery is always fast and efficient and the little touches just make Mellow Days the best place to get your watercolour dotted journal. Highly recommended!

Firstly, their artwork is amazing and I love the attention to detail! I ordered a bunch of stickers and they were packaged so nicely in an envelop with their logo on it and also included a tea bag! The package was secured in bubble wrap and placed in a cardboard box to ensure the stickers don’t get damaged. I appreciate the care they put in and it delivered quickly! Cynthia was very lovely and I definitely recommend ordering from this shop🫶🏻

I absolutely adore their journals but I really wish they'd have different sizes, such as B5. I can live with that, but what really puts me off is their terrible shipping options. I had to travel to an entirely different town to pick up my order at a second hand car dealership, despite living in a decent size city and paying more than 20% on top of the purchase price for shipping. I have never not been able to have something shipped to my door! Considering that I am disabled, that was a burden I might not wish to repeat when weighing options for my next journal.

Edit: since I cannot reply to the response by Simon, I will include here that the option to have it delivered to my door would cost almost twice as much, which equates to 40% on top of the purchase price. Hardly a feasible alternative in my opinion. While the pickup option does show a map, the shipping provider did not seem to have any pickup points in my city, leading to the situation I described.

I love Mellow Days, this is my second journal and they are so beautiful, well packaged and have a kind hand written note with them as well.

Extremely quality paper, thick like cardstock almost. Very few pages, but really good for those drawings I'm prepared to sit for a couple hours to watercolor. Cover texture is nice, soft but not that rubbery texture like some other brands. Super excited to take this will me to Disneyland to draw the parks and Holland next year! It will be perfect, I just have to get some travel watercolors now!

The quality of their products is exactly what I expected! I was very delighted when I received my package. Contacting them is also very easy, they try to reply the same day. I can only recommend if you are a stationery addict like me :)

Great quality, beautiful designs and quick delivery

Package arrived really late, I had to keep on asking where it was it took 2 weeks for it to arrive. When it did arrive the package had wholes in it and I could see my product.
