Villa Adele exceeded every expectation and made our stay absolutely unforgettable. The home is stunning, beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.
Robert was an exceptional host from start to finish. He helped us plan our trip before we arrived, shared wonderful recommendations, and was always available whenever we had a question. His hospitality truly elevated the entire experience.
The breathtaking views of Old Town are simply spectacular, and the villa's location—just minutes away—made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer while returning each day to a peaceful private retreat.

The booking process was super easy. The communication before the stay was good. The villa was exactly as shown on the website.
But sadly, when having problems with the landlord, MyLuxoria doesn't feel responsible and is not really helping.

Perfect holiday
The villa and the garden/pool area are very beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The house had everything you could ever need and more. I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen and toys for kids in the common room. We travelled with a baby and the owners prepared a baby cot and hugh chair for us which was very helpful. The owners were staying in the house right next to us and were really lovely and helpful. We're definitelly thinking about coming back next year. The booking process was very easy. We had a few extra needs: we needed to have holiday dates to be from sunday to saturday and had 2 dogs and a baby with us and the booking staff was very helpful with accomodating these needs. The payment and communication were easy. I was a little sceptical after reading some of the reviews, but it hinestly all went really smoothly.

Our family had the pleasure of spending an unforgettable week at this beautiful villa, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The property is absolutely stunning- The villa is super spacious, tastefully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every room was spotless, and the luxurious interior made us feel at home from the very first moment.
The outdoor area is amazing. A large garden, pool, and there were so many activities. We especially loved the tennis court and the wide variety of outdoor games, which made every day fun and relaxing.
The location is just as wonderful. The villa is situated at the edge of a charming little village with nice restaurants, convenient shops, and a beautiful historic castle, all within easy reach.

We really enjoyed late afternoons going…
We really enjoyed late afternoons going for a swim. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Black out shutters were awesome. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach which had several spots to get a beverage and one nice restaurant. Having a washer and clothes line out back to hang clothes was handy. The restaurant called Konoba Skalinada, a 3 minute walk away was quite good. We rented a car and went to Krka National park, the WW2 bunker, and boat tour to Kornati with Tureta tours. All worth the trip. The host was lovely and very easy to work with. Nancy

A place to calm down, to think about the good things in life

We booked the villa to celebrate a birthday, and honestly, we could not have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. We received a very warm welcome, and the entire process, including the security deposit and check-in, was straightforward, professional, and stress-free.
The villa itself is absolutely stunning. Not only is the property beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, but the views are breathtaking as well. One of our favorite features was the private access to the sea just a few minutes’ walk away. While it is not a traditional beach, it is a wonderful spot to relax, swim, and jump directly into the crystal-clear water. It felt like having our own little piece of paradise.
The location is also excellent. Supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need during your stay are conveniently nearby, while the villa still offers plenty of privacy and tranquility.

The villa is fine. The communication with the landlord is not.
Villa Adria is fine. Unfortunately, we were only informed on the day of our arrival that the access road to the villa was closed due to roadworks and that we couldn't park in front of the house. We were also assured via WhatsApp on the day of our arrival that there would be no construction noise.
We had to lug our extensive luggage across a torn-up road to the house and endured construction noise for two days. The owner also refused to install the sunshade on the sunbed because it had rained recently, it might rain again, and it was the off-season. As a result, we had too few sun loungers with shade by the pool. We wish we had been informed about the roadworks earlier. Then we might have been able to rebook to a different house.

Villa and owner were very ok.
Villa and owner were very ok.
We were disappointed because of the fact that there were other buildings in front of the villa which buildings were not on the pictures. It seemed that the pictures that were used were old..Also there was construction going on which made some extra noise. Agent My Luxoria didn’t compensate a little bit and told me that I had to discuss this with the owner.
